The boy sits in the corner, unseen by the people around him.
Across his sulking figure a girl stands, lonely and just as unseen.
They lock eyes- one, two, three seconds ...and for a moment the boy breathes more heavily.
He approaches the girl, dressed in a gallant suit and a fancy tie.
The girl stands straight and casts a wary look.
The boy smiles and gives her a nod. He brings his hands up and with his fingers he signs,
'Would you like to dance?'
The girl looks at him with understanding, before she brings her own hands - ten fingers gripping unto his.
'Of course,' she mouths, ears just as deafened by the beat of the music.
