"Just listen to the tapes" Tony Padilla said while he drove his red mustang and listened to the soft and gentle yet pissed off voice of his friend Clay on the other end of the phone resting on the seat next to him.

"Why can't you just tell me what I did?" At those words Tony clenched the wheel as if a arrow had shot straight into his heart as he had promised Hannah Baker that he would make them all listen to the tapes and that he would only follow them and make sure they would hear what they did to hurt her. "I'm sorry Clay I can't do that but you have nothing to worry about ok?" He then heard a sigh on the other end and then the line died.

He drove to the Padilla shop and sat down on the couch with his phone in hand. He looked at it and sighs, a part of him wanting to call Clay and tell him everything he knew but the other part of him was holding him back telling him to stay out of it and do what he was asked to do as the favor he owed Hannah for saving him for getting his third strike for loosing his anger.

He put his phone away and stood up sighing as he just decided to go fix some cars but Clay was still stuck on his mind making him unable to focus, he kept thinking about how he wanted to lay in bed holding the blue eyed boy close to his chest as he would play a movie on his big television while they would be eating his family recipe's dessert and just having their cozy time.

He suddenly heard the phone ring and quickly found himself running to the car only to find that the call was just from Olivia Baker and he sighs answering the call "hello Ms.Baker, Anything I can help you with?". He then heard her mention a paper she found in Hannah's room and that his name was on it so he mumbles under his breath "shit" then he sighs "I'll be there in about half an hour". After the call he goes to his car and quickly drove to them trying to figure out what to say to them about the paper and by the time he reached their front door he had only come up with that he had no clue what the paper was but as he told Olivia it was clear that she did not believe him since his name was the only one that did not have a question mark beside it. He ended up just telling her that she was trying to figure out who was closest to her and somehow she bought it, thanking him for being so close to them and to their daughter.  Soon after he had talked her down fro her worries about the list and finally was able to leave their house and go home but somehow the thought of chilling with Clay had been staying with him all this time.
