User can run extremely fast to the point where user is a blur or user can just run faster.

Quirk: hell gate
User can make a gate to "hell" but user cannot control what goes in and what comes out of the gate. When user closes the gate the things that cane out will be sucked back in and the things that went in will stay in UNLESS user calls it.
Dozū
Quirk: bubbles
User can make bubbles. Like it's bubbles. The bubbles also explode and if the bubbles explode in opponents eyes then opponent will become temporarily blind. There is no buttercup, blossom, or professor with this quirk... hehehehe
