Time. Some say it moves at different speeds depending where you are. They would be right. I should know. I have moved at least every year in the short 15 years I've been alive. Some might think that it must suck, but I don't think so. Personally I think it's fun, new school new people new friends, and most of all a new me. It's fun because no one knows who I am or who I was in my previous schools, there for I can be anyone. Anyway back to my point, time moves at different speeds depending on where you are. Even though time may slow down it doesn't stop for anyone, and nothing is forever no matter how hard you try to hold on to something it will always end up getting away.

My thoughts are interrupted by a small child who is sitting behind me on the train. "Why do the trees move backwards?" asks the small child to her mother while pointing out the window. The mother smiles at the small child and hugs her with love in her eyes. There is a slight twang of envy in the back of my mind. It's just doesn't seem fair, how some people are loved and others are left. I turn to the window and watch tree after tree go by. Every second I get closer and closer to my new home. Home. Home is such a foreign word, one that I have never used.

The train starts to slow down and people start shuffling getting their bags and are preparing to leave. I sit and watch the people file off one by one meeting with friends and loved ones in the station. I turn in my seat to see who is left sitting, there is a guy around my age sitting two rows back but that's it. The trains starts moving and rapidly picks up it's pace. I shift back to my window and watch the trees pass by.

Someone taps my shoulder causing me to jump. "Calm down." says the guy from two rows back. I turn around to see him laughing.

"Can I help you?" I ask annoyed. This is going to be a long train I just know it.

"You're Olivia right?" I nod. "I'm Jason." he says as if I'm suppose to know who he is.

"Ok?" I ask making the confusion on my face obvious.

"I'm Jason, your brother." he states as if it's common knowledge.
