Trails of Cold Brave Sky Chronicle 11: Revenge of the Goddess

"Was what Mother and Father said false?"

The man in front of Tsukuru and his sister was trying his best not to succumb to the Black Element. Seeing his children in front of him, he closed his eyes, and began to pull on his restraints...

Enjo and Lutum brought Limilnate to a cemetery so he could recharge his powers. While they were there, he reincarnated some souls. Limilnate winced at the sudden shock of a soul coming out of his body, and tried to self-analyze what happened.

Tsukuru and his sister walked towards a stone wall. They touched it, and saw that someone familiar to them was there.

"Tsubaki. No matter what he says, your answer to your death was that you faked it so you could go into hiding from that woman who killed you."

The sister nodded, and then walked through the gates with Tsukuru. Being asked for identification, the two got fake identification, identifying as twins named Harry and Megan.

The two then walked over to a house, where they saw a man with red hair and white tips. They thought for a while over what to greet him with because of their absence, and they eventually got looks from people in town.

"Tsukuru, what should we do? I know that he will be shocked to see that I'm alive."

"I wish for my sister to become invisible so I can do a prank on our baby bro."

Tsukuru put his fingers on his sisters mouth, and turned her invisible. "Give him the tickles of a lifetime. Come in from the back. When I say who wants a hug, that will be your signal to restrain his hands so I can tickle him."

The two laughed innocently, and knocked on the door, while Tsubaki snuck in through the back.

Wondering who was at the door, the homeowner opened the door, seeing Tsukuru. A smile came onto his face, and he let the Demon in.

"So, what happened to Mother and Father, Leo?" Tsukuru asked, lying about their whereabouts.

Leo then sighed, before explaining. "Mother killed Father when they went to visit the dryad. However, Father's dying attack."

Tsukuru went to the patio, opening it. He looked at the trees, and then at the plants in the patio. This gave Tsubaki enough time to sneak into the house.

"Now, who wants a hug?" Tsukuru opened his arms, letting Tsubaki restrain him in an instant in plastic wrap. Leo looked down, and then back up, then saw Tsukuru tickling the hell out of him. He began laughing loudly, while Tsukuru was breathing heavily just to keep Leo down. He continued tickling, and eventually felt Leo grow large with his powers, breaking the wrap. He was eventually restrained again, and began squirming, then moaned softly.

Leo then saw Tsubaki become visible. No believing that she was actually there, he eventually got away from Tsukuru. He walked over to Tsubaki, touched her arms, smiled, and hugged the girl.

"Surprise. I'm alive. I faked my murder so I could look more into the wars. A expert ninja has got to have her secrets now, wouldn't they?"

Leo ignored Tsubaki's words, and dragged Tsukuru into the hug as well.

"If only Mom and Dad were still alive, then we can have a family gathering, one we haven't had ever. Whatever, I can get the three of us to see the debut concert of a rumored two member idol group. I don't remember what day it was, but I can check soon," said Tsukuru, lying about his parents currently being dead.

Tsukuru and Tsubaki eventually left, leaving Leo alone. He was thinking out loud, and looked at his parent's pictures of Tsukuru and Tsubaki.

"How did Tsubaki come back to life?"

Enjo, Lutum, and Limilnate eventually saw Tsukuru and Tsubaki in a happy mood. "They seem to have their guard down. Maybe we can kill them now?"

Before getting a decision, Enjo charged. Immediately, she was countered by Tsubaki, who already had her daggers unsheathed from a metal chopstick case.The five continued fighting, which eventually led to Tsubaki throwing poison daggers at Enjo and Limilnate. The two gods began to become dizzy, leaving Lutum to take matters into his own hands.

He grabbed the two gods, and flew away, to a place where they could heal up. One that was very familiar to him, the Tower of Life. Because he didn't have any antidotes on him, he had to ask the Sage of Life to heal them while he wanted to walk around. Getting a visitor's pass (because of a certain somebody), he began to walk around the Magic Academy. He ran into a familiar gray haired male with a singular eye, and hugged him.

"Koru, it's nice to see you again since after that attack at the resort. How's your family?"

The male picked up his stuff, and chuckled. "Aki's been spending more time with us recently, and our parents are still catching up with him. Do you want to spar? I don't have another class for an hour."

Lutum took Koru up on that offer, and the two walked to the field.

"There seems to be a crowd watching us from afar."

Lutum then flew fifty feet away from Koru. They started the battle, and Lutum flew in zig zags towards Koru. Predicting a punch, he ducked, and threw a chain towards Lutum, latching onto his ankle. He pulled himself to the Awakener, and veered him towards the ground, making him slide.

Lutum recovered, and transformed into Ultima Classic, before flying at higher speeds, sliding his intangible arms through the older male's body, causing him to disorient.

Lutum flew away, and kicked Koru in the gut, but was blocked by a soul chain.

"Thanks for that, Carrie."

The male then threw his chains towards Lutum, who then emitted a shock through the end. Lutum then pulled the chains off of Koru, and there was an explosion of light blue aura.

The tormenter's spirit was gone.

Koru tried to use the spirit to no avail.

"Lutum, stop."

Shortly, Lutum walked over to Koru, who was rewrapping his chains around his wrist.

"Something seems off. Carrie's soul suddenly disappeared, and I don't know what happened. I'm going to go talk to Ariel about it."

Two sages walked towards the field. There was a ginger with a hood covering half her body, and a twilight blue hair with six golden arms walked towards the two.

"Dilma, are Enjo and Limilnate healed?" Koru asked.

The ginger nodded, and bowed. "The gods are healed."

The twilight haired sage took note of the data.

Suddenly, Koru and Lutum were wrapped in chains as soon as Enjo and Limilnate returned.

Trying to intervene, Limilnate fired a broken soul at the chains, trying to free Koru and Lutum, but to no avail...
