He can briefly see the paths along the future like a movie inside his head. If he looks too far out, he'll get a migraine. His eyes that are spread out along his body open and the swirls in his eyes begin to spin rapidly when he's using his quirk. If you wish to weaken him, go for the eyes. They heal quickly.
