You all stood outside of the restaurant while Beverly called Stan's phone number on speaker. You, Richie, and Eddie were standing in front of Mike. Everyone was extremely pissed that Mike was keeping things from the group.
"What the hell, Mike?" Eddie said in a voice just barely above a whisper so it wouldn't disturb Bev's call.
"Why didn't you just tell us that we were coming back to Derry to get murdered? If you had told us that I would have said no." Richie said. Before you could speak, the voice of Stan's wife through the phone caught your attention.
"He passed," She said, and your heart stopped. You looked around the group to see their reactions. Everyone looked distraught. You wanted to cry, but for some reason, you just couldn't bring yourself to do so. You hated to think that it was because you had just started getting your memories back, preventing you from being fully distraught because it seemed that you had just found out today that Stan even existed.
"When did it happen?" Beverly asked.
"Last night," Stan's wife said. "The way he went was just-" You heard her choke back a sob.
"How did it happen?" Beverly asked.
"H-His wrists," Stan's wife cried. "In the bathtub." You felt Richie's hand on your shoulder, and you put your hand over it. "I'm sorry, I don't think I can do this!" The line went dead. Beverly put her phone in her back pocket, got out a cigarette, and lit it up.
"Stanley," Eddie said angrily. "Pennywise knew before we knew!"
"We have to stop it!" Mike exclaimed. "I have a plan-"
"I have a plan: Get the fuck out of here before we die and this ends up worse than one of Bill's books! Who's with me?" Richie interrupted and raised his hand to try and call for a vote.
"Richie we made a promise-"
"Then break the promise!"
"Richie, more people are going to die," Ben said calmly.
"People die every day, man!" Richie shouted in response. "We don't owe this town shit! Plus, I just remembered that I'd grown up here like two hours ago so I'm fucking leaving! Fuck this!" Richie stormed off, and you and Mike looked at each other.
"Y/N, can you please try and calm him down?" He asked, and you shook your head.
"You know what? No!" You shouted.
"Why not?" Mike asked.
"Because I agree with Richie on this one!" You said, and Eddie nodded his head.
"Yeah, sorry man I'm with Richie on this one," He said.
"Eddie, Y/N-"
"Listen, what?" You started. "We stay, we die, that's it? Everyone is going back to Inn, then we are getting our shit, and then we are going back home." You and Eddie stormed off to your rides, Eddie got in his car and you got into Richie's. Both of you ignored Mike's cries for help.
Once you got in the car, you silently buckled your seatbelt and Richie sped out of the parking lot and into the main road.
"Where to?" He asked once you came to your first red light.
"The Inn that Mike reserved for all of us," You said. "Even though we have our stuff in the car, I still want to say goodbye to my friends before we leave." Richie nodded his head and continued driving once the light turned green.
~Timeskip~
"Ok everyone," You announced as you, Richie, Eddie, Ben, and Beverly walked into the Inn's main lobby. "Get your shit and get the fuck out of here!" Eddie continued to make his way to the steps but stopped when he noticed that you, Ben, and Richie were still in the lounge.
