'There's Nothing In Baby's Contract Stopping Her From Leaving' Says Bighit Ent.

Bighit Entertainment released an official statement regarding Baby's position in the company earlier today. Recently a lot of drama has surfaced after Baby's and RM's fallout, which was exposed by, a now, ex-employee from Bighit.
Bighit explained the clauses in Baby's contract and the fact Baby and the Entertainment wouldn't have to settle the departure of the artist in court, meaning she could leave at any time.
Here's the official statement:
'As a result of Baby's actions and our own we made it so Baby could leave at anytime, be that on her own accord or a decision of the company. There's nothing in Baby's contract stopping her from leaving. No court or lawyers need be present in the exchange, a simple signature is all.
Baby and the entertainment's executives, including our CEO Bang Shi Hyuk, will be having a meeting soon regarding all of this. We respect all decisions made by the artist, and hope for the best for her and the other Bangtan members.'
