Hey. My name is Erica Fultonson. I'm 19 & this is my diary📝 So um yeah I'm gonna keep things simple but I might go into quite a bit of detail.
So I'm gonna tell you the little background of my story. It started when I was 8. I had a very best friend called Lily Kaeystone. We were really close, told each other EVERYTHING. Then one day came the heartbreaking news. She had to move to Australia. My first thoughts were. Australia, why Australia. Why so far away I mean we stay in Glasgow?! Australia is like the other side of the world. I was heartbroken to see her go but we kept in touch, spoke every day.
She now is 20 and is engaged. I know her fiancé quite well actually. I speak to him quite a lot. His name is Calum, Calum Hood. He is hilarious and I think he is the one for my Lily. They are just perfect for each other. Then there's me. Loner. No boyfriend. I just got out of a long term relationship but we had no trust in each other. He would be constantly checking my phone, making sure I wasn't hanging around with other boys. He acted like he was my fucking dad or something. Anyways enough of that. I want to tell you the good part.
As a surprise I'm going over to Sydney, Australia for 3 months to be reunited with my best friend. It was all Calum's idea to be honest. They live in a big house with an extra bedroom and I'm practically moving in for 3 months. I'm keeping it a surprise for Lily. I can't wait to see the look on her face. I will be arriving in Sydney Airport on the 1st of November. Not long😏 less than a month!!
I started packing. Summer Clothes, shorts, vest tops, all sorts of cute bikinis. I get a FaceTime call from Lily. "Hey girlyy" she said. "Yeah, hey girlyy" Calum also replied. "Shush you, wee nugget so you are😏💗" Lily loudly whispered to Calum in reply. "Yous are too cute" I answered. "Need a relationship like yours so I do" I joked. "Lily can you go take Buster out for a walk🐶" asked Calum. "Only if I have to, will take me forever but and try not to bore Erica to death!😂" Lily joked. "Okay I won't, bye love you" Calum stood up to give her a kiss and Lily gave him a cheeky peck😘. Lily walked out the door with Buster the dog an closed the door behind her. "So I'm guessing you shoo'd her away so you could talk about my visit" I beamed. "Yeah, well, kind of😏" Calum tried to say without smiling. "What is it hoody?😶" I said with a scared look on my face😂". "When you get here how do you feel about when you get here going on a date with my friend?" He exclaimed. "Calum I.." He cut me off. "I know I know before you say anything but I need to tell you about him. You know him so you should get along well". "Oh.. Who is it😂" I puzzled. "Remember Luke? That is in the band?" I then cut him off. "Luke, yes I remember". I sort of had a slight crush on him for about a year😂😂. I wasn't going to tell Calum that though. "We will see when the time comes" I told Calum. "Okay. Your love life aside, you almost done packing?😏" Calum said. "Just about, are you still making sure it's a secret surprise for Lily?" I asked😏. "She is getting a bit suspicious. The other day she thought I was going to Glasgow to hang with you. I told her I would probably end up murdering you!" Calum replied with a yawn in the middle😴. "Okay I gotta go, need to get my work clothes for tomorrow, bye. Tell Lily I love & miss her💗💗.
