Vadah sat in her room as she listened to her parents go back and forth because her mom wanted to get sober and her dad wasn't going for it. As her parents got louder her older sister came and knocked on her door.
*knock knock*
"you can come in nae" Vadah said trying to ignore her mothers protests to the drugs her father was probably forcing down her throat.
"You should pack a bag and go over to neicey's house, there getting heated and you know when they finish they're gonna come take it out on you" Vadah's older sister Sha'nae said to her but before she even finished Vadah was already half way done getting ready to go. Once Nae saw Vadah done packing she left Vadah's room and went to check on her brothers.
Vadah didn't even have to call Aneiceia (A-niece-ia) because her parents treated Vadah as if she was their own.
As vadah was going to leave the house she could hear her dad going to her room to take his anger out on her, so vadah got to her car a quick as she could. As she was driving to neicey's house her twin brother De'shawn facetimed her.
When Vadah answered the phone she saw her twin outside walking.
"Where are you going shawn ?" Vadah said sitting him up in her cup holder so she could focus on the road.
"I was just trying to get out the house, dad was pissing me off and i didn't want to cause another fight and stress Nae out more than she already is." shawn was always the most considerate one out of him and Vadah which is why everyone always goes to him to vent instead of her.
" Do you need me to turn around and come get you, i'm not that far from the house yet ?"
"Yea i'm at the park by the house, where we going after you pick me up ?"
"Were going to neiceys. Is that okay with you ?"
"Yea that's fine am i staying there with you or should i go back home tonight"
"I'm sure her parents wont mind you staying there with us, you know were like their kids"
"Okay Vadah ima let you get here and stop distracting you i love you sisterrrrr"
"I love you more brotherrrrr" When the phone hung up Vadah did a quick U-turn and pulled up to the park by her house after doing 90 in a 65.
When she pulled in the parking spot she saw her twin on the bench so she honked trying to scare him and get his attention so she wouldn't have to leave her car.
When shawn walked up to her car he got in looking mad.
"What's wrong witchu boy ?" she asked her twin laughing
"You. Your what's wrong wit me, you staying doing too much you didn't even have to honk the horn but no yo ass had to do the fucking most " he said crossing his arms and facing the opposite of Vadah
"Boy you can get yo funky ass out my damn car since "i'm always doing the most" the fuck " after she said that she stopped the car
"Stoppppp Vadah i'm playin twinnie keep driving please"
"That's what I thought bitch, stop speaking on me"

They pulled up to Aneiceia's house and walked up to the door and knocked.
"I wonder if Aneiceia is even hom-" before she could finish Neicey's brother Marcell opened the door
"Uhm sir don't you have your own home you should be at" Vadah said turning her lip up at Marcell
"Girl you not even supposed to be here don't YOU have YOUR own home to be at right now? " he said back smirking
"Boy you know how it gets at my house like i basically live here so shut the hell up." after she said that her and Shawn walked past him into the house and Vadah went to Neicey's room while her twin went with Marcell back to his house.
"Bestttttt im homeee." Vadah yelled when she walked into her best friends room
"Bitch why you aint text me and tell me you were coming, i wouldve told mom to get snacks from the store so we can have our brothers and their friends come over and watch movies and shit. "
"I drove my car so we can just go and take moms EBT card to get the snacks and you can text Cell and Shawn and tell them were having a movie night and ill tell Nae and Damion to come. " she said looking at her best friends for approval
"Alright I'm about to text the gc so you don't have to worry about texting the boys, Nae and Damion separately " Neicey got on her phone and texted everyone while they both walked to Vadah's car.
