This is for the personifications of the world,
The personification of America, will not attend the world meetings until found, if you are wondering why, it is because while he was training until someone has made him go out his mind to the point were he turns into a dragon, and that person was talking about his past and about......... someone he was very closed to before England and France found him, and then he ran away before we got the choice to calm him down so if you find him, please inform us.
