"You do know fairies don't actually exist," Jessy laughs at Marlo.
"You are a fucking bitch! Peter Pan said every time someone says that fairies don't exist, one dies." Marlo argues.
"Actually Peter Pan said every time someone says 'I don't believe in fairies' a fairy dies." You correct her.
"Same thing, Y/N!" Marlo rolls her eyes and you and Jessy laugh.
You take out your phone and look at the time, letting out a groan, "I have to go guys. I need to pass by the bookstore to find a book I need for English class then I need to go visit my mom or she'll get mad at me."
The two girls groan and stand up to hug you goodbye. You leave the small coffee shop and walk down the street to the bookstore.
Once you enter you ask the lady at the front desk where you could find books about Greek Mythology. She points to the very far corner and you thank her.
You slowly look through the titles and take out a few here and there. You walk down the aisle, still skimming through the books, before you feel a body bump against your side.
"Oh, I'm so sorry." You apologize.
You look up at the figure and see a long haired guy dressed in all black—black jeans, black shirt, black leather jacket, and a black cap.
"It's alright," He chuckles.
You both stare into each others eyes before you snap out of it.
"I'm sorry, do I know you from somewhere?"
"I don't think so," He smiles. "I'm Jungkook."
"I'm Y/N and you're absolutely right."
"What do you mean?"
"I don't think I could ever forget your face." You unconsciously flirt.
Jungkook chuckles and shyly looks down, "Thank you." He looks back up at you. "So Y/N, what type of book are you looking for?"
"We're writing an essay in my English class and we have to use a book as our source."
"And you're doing Greek Mythology?"
"Yes. We have to write about the lives and activities of two deities, two heroes, or two mythological creatures." You inform.
"Which one are you writing about?" Jungkook questions.
"The two deities. I'm writing about Ares, God of war and Poseidon, God of the sea."
