goodbye to the person i thought i would marry someday.
goodbye to the person i believed was the love of my life and my true soulmate.
goodbye to the person i thought i would eventually grow old with.
goodbye to my future and all of the plans i had with you in them.

goodbyes are never easy, especially when you are saying goodbye to the only thing that could make you happy, the only thing that made you feel loved.
they are not easy when you are so in love with one and they are not as in love with the other.
so, i am sorry to my unfortunate lover, for ever giving you a second chance. i am sorry i continued to let you hurt me. but i will always love you, and i do not think i could forget you and the lessons you have taught me.
