"Drew, help me!" Ryan yells. Its pitch black. Trying to move his hands and feet, he notices that he is tied to something. Unable to move nor see, Drew yelled, "Where are you bro?!" His younger brother replied, "I don't know. I can't see!" Struggling to get free like a frantic animal, Drew yelled, "Whoever did this will PAY!!" Suddenly, he hears a chuckle. "Oh Drew, if only you stuck with me..." All of a sudden, Drew feels a sharp blow to the stomach, causing him to yelp. "Drew, help!!!" Ryan yelled. Hearing his brother cry with fear infuriates him even more. Getting a hand free, he yells, "Once I get out of this, so help me God!" As soon as he removed the blindfold, he sees his brother crying, as well as their captors. The leader turns around, with eyes of ice and darkness. Rage fills Drew as he sees who it is. "Joe! You're DEAD!" he yelled. With a twisted smile upon his face, Joe yells, "Not before you and your precious little brother!" He pulls out a concealed weapon and points it at Ryan. "Drew help me!!!" Ryan yelled. "It's too late lil man. Your brother should've never crossed me." "RYAN!!!" Drew yelled as Joe pulls the trigger. As Ryan's body goes limp, tears began flow from Drew's eyes. "Aww, don't be sad Drew. You're gonna join him real soon." Joe said as he turns the gun to him. "Burn in Hell you bastard!" Drew growled. "Heh, I vacation there" Joe said as he points the gun at Drew. "Peace, amigo!" Joe yelled as he pulls the trigger. "JOE!!!!" Drew yelled as he sits up in his bed, covered in sweat. The alarm clock is blaring to his right. "It was just a stupid dream" he muttered. Then he begins thinking about his little brother. "Ryan!" he yelled. His little brother replies, "Yea big brother?" "Come here" said Drew. Ryan walks in and Andrew pulls him playfully and the two began to wrestle. This is their daily routine before Ryan goes to school.
Ever since Andrew was 16 and his little brother was 6, they've been on their own. Their parents passed away in a car crash the night of Andrew's birthday. Although the two boys were devastated and scared, no one would take them in. So Andrew dropped out of school and jumped into the world of the streets. He swore to protect his little brother, even if it killed him. Day in and day out Drew rode around the city, selling drugs to make money. There have been several times when the police were hot on his trail but due to his title of the streets (The Young Don), he was able to relocate to another part of town. There have also been times where Drew would get into it with drug lords and other turf holders. These instances would normally involve shooting and the occasional killing. But Drew came on top always, claiming the others property. By the time Drew was 20, he owned about 75% of Brooklyn himself. He and his right hand man, Joe was like brothers. They have been through it all together. Joe even stepped in front of a bullet for Ryan when one of the rival leaders was after Drew. "Ryan" Drew says. His innocent little brother looks at him and says, "Yea big bro?" "You cool?" he asked. "Yea, why you ask?" his brother asked back, puzzled. "No reason. No reason. Go get ready for school, iight?" "Iight", Ryan says with a smile on his face. He ran out of the room into his own, grabbing clothes then heading into the bathroom. While thinking about the re-occurring nightmare he just awoke from, Andrew got his clothes ready for his own shower.
After getting ready for their day, the two brothers headed out to the car. As they approached the car, a black SUV slowly pulled onto their street. Sensing danger approaching, Drew yelled to his little brother, "Get down!!!" Understanding the situation, Ryan rushed to the car and dropped to the floor. The windows of the truck rolled down and two guns begin to fire. Almost instantly, Drew pulls out a gun of his own, firing back. As the two shoot at each other, a few of Drew's followers come out of the next door building, joining the gun fight. The driver of the truck tries speeding off but the back tires got hit. They try to escape by foo but the driver is shot in his back, causing him to fall. Before he could get up, Drew fires one last shot, ending his life. After Drew scans the area for any more trouble, he signaled for his brother to come to his side. Ryan hurries to his brother, scared. With fear in his eyes, he said, "Big brother, I wanna leave this place. I'm tired of people shooting at us. Please big brother." Seeing the sadness within his eyes, Drew replied, "Sure lil bro. Gimme a week and we're out of here." As the days go by, Drew had been giving property away to his followers closest to him. Finally he told Joe about his plan. Shocked and enraged, Joe yelled, "Traitor! You said we gonna run this city till the death of us! How could you!" "It's not for me Joe! I'm doing this for the safety of Ryan." "Man, he safe right here! You can't do this man, you just can't!" yells an enraged Joe. With the decision clear in his mind Andrew looks Joe in the eyes and firmly says, "I am leaving Brooklyn for good and you can't stop me." and walked out the building. As soon as he made it back home, Joe called his cell phone. With an uneasy tone in his voice, Joe said, "You're gonna stay in this city one way or another. If I was you I'd do it the easy way." Angrily, Drew replied," I'm leaving and that's final!" As he hung up the phone, he heard Joe yell something but he didn't care. "Ryan, pack your stuff up!" he yelled. As he waited for a response, he began to fear the worst. He runs into the back room where Ryan sleeps and found nothing but a note. It read, "I told you you're staying Drew" - Joe.
