Chapter One-
The dream
"You can't be here" a french accented person spoke in such a calming but harsh tone. I stood there seeing every detail in his face, his lips, his eyes, his stars, his freckles that looked like stars. "Sorry..." I heard him say as I woke up drenched in sweat. "God... Why can't it be real?" I mumbled to myself.

I walked down the street with Laurens "John, I keep having this dream" John sighed as he shook his head, "I've heard this a million times, Alexander." he said with a sigh. I huff as I look away from him "God, It feels so real!" I look back at him. "Are you serious? You're probably still mourning over Thomas" John said in a harsh tone, I stayed silent as I looked away "Alexander!" John snapped.

I let out a growl as I move away from him "I'm leaving, screw you" I snapped as I began walking off to my house. I close my eyes as I sigh and open the door only to get hit with the scent of strawberries. I open my eyes, I jump slightly as I see the guy from my dream, I shut the door realizing who it is.
"THOMAS?!"

Thomas stares at me, his eyes were shining his hair was flowing, there were millions and millions of tiny stars in his air, but the big stars stood out. I cover my mouth as I stare at him "Y-You're dead? Oh god, I'm going insane aren't I?!" I began to freak out as I walk back and forth pacing, Thomas grabs my arm as he sighs "I'm alive, just...Like this" he mumbled as he pulled me into a hug. I began to break out into tears as I melt into his touch.

"B-But...The car hit you! How are you-" he cuts me off, "Listen, don't worry about that, I'm here now." At this point, I'm a crying mess. I take a sharp deep breath as I stare at him "Y-You're real...Right?" I mumbled as he nods. He holds me closer as I cry into his chest.


"Thomas, the car hit you..." I began looking around his body for scars, "I-I saw you dead! H-How..." I stare at him with confusion, Thomas put his hand on my cheek as he leaned in making our lips meet.

I stood there in shock, we've always hated each other but, this felt so..different. I melted into the kiss as I closed my eyes. We pulled away for a breath before kissing again. This felt so wrong, but so right, I pulled away from the kiss. We both opened our eyes as we stared at each other.


"I love you."
