Voltron Flies Again (on hold)

Her birthday

This is going to be from the story I wrote in 7th grade

It was the day of Abagail and Sophia's birthday. When all of a sudden... the Galra attacked. Even though they hadn't flown the lions in twenty years they went to the Lion's hangers. To their surprise the Lion's particle barriers were activated, but they couldn't get in their lions. When their children got to the bunker the particle barriers came down. The red one choose Isabella, Blue choose Sophia, Yellow Joanna, Green Tammy, and finally Abagail was the Black Lions pick. As soon as the old paladins knew about their children they got their old gear out for their children.

"Keith what is going on?" asked Lance.

"I wish I knew," Keith replied.

As soon as the teens got ready they got into the Lions. They were ready to fly. The teens didn't know what to do.

"Abagail what do we do?" asked Isabella

"I don't really know," she said,"but there is one thing I know the Lions have a bond with each of us. We need to trust them."

They got into their lions, and they flew away.When they approached the ship it immediately attack! Much to their parents surprise the new paladins knew what to do. Even though the lions were doing most of the work by telling them what to do

"Alright, I know from our parents past experience we can't defeat this ship as five lions, so FORM VOLTRON!" Abagail said with excitement.

Just then the old paladins look at the giant mech they use to pilot.

"Keith, this doesn't look so good," said a worried Lance.

"I know, but we trained Abagail to led the next gen and now she is. I can't be any less proud of her," stated a semi tearful Keith.

After thirty minutes of fighting the new paladins won.

"Good job everyone!" the resident gremlin said.

"Thanks Aunty Pidge. Although, I am not sure how we knew what to do?" said the new black paladin

"You have grown up and worked as a team since you were seven," said Keith, "Abagail you are the more experience since you have trained with the Blade of Marmora since you were one years old."

As Keith finished everyone except the McClain-Kogane family was shocked.

"Why would you put her through that training Keith?" asked a worried Hunk.

"For her to learn from the best. Duh," Keith stated.

"Mainly grandma Krolia taught me. While Sophia stayed here on earth with papa," stated Abagail.

"Oh, no wonder every time you train with Keith you beat him," stated Shiro.

"HEY!" Keith yelled.

"No offense, but she beats you every time Mullet," Lance told his husband.

"Pidge back me up," Keith said.

"Nope I've seen you fight you lose to your daughter every time," said the gremlin.

After that little discussion they went back to the party. Keith looked at the two 16 year-olds. Wondering why the galra attacked, but avoiding the fact that the children would soon be in space fighting another battle. That night Keith and Lance decided to tell them about the last time they flew the lions, and who died.

"Okay," started the nervous Lance," Keith and I have something to tell you."

"Abagail do you remember why your middle name is Allura?" asked Keith.

"Yes, it's because the princess Allura died in your last battle," stated Abagail.

"Yes. That's why we want you two to be careful out there when your fighting the galra," said Lance.

"We will all come home this time dads," stated the oldest twin.

"Oh by the way Coran said to give you a message Abagail," said Lance," He said that they held a vote on Altea for a new princess, and they picked you."

"WHAT!" Abagail yelled.

"Welp, goodnight you two and goodluck," said Keith as he and Lance went upstairs to bed.
