Ring ring. Ringggggg.
The phone rings. She chose not to answer. She was busy at the time and thought that it wasn't important. Ring ring. Her phone rung again so she sent it to voicemail. She thought nothing of her friend calling her again.
On the other side of that phone is a girl locked in her room pitch black, crying. She's been struggling for a while. Life has beaten her to her knees. The crying girl doesn't know what to do with her life. The harder she tries to please everyone the more she felt in a haze. She felt like no one cared. The girl was exhausted of fighting. She needs her friend. One person to care. The girl picks up her phone and tries to call her friend. Ring ring. Ringggggg. She doesn't answer. The girl calls again, straight to voicemail. The girl starts crying harder. She goes for a walk. Unsure where she was heading she kept walking. She ended up in the woods, at the edge of a cliff. She peers over, examining the scenery below. Rough waters clashing at sharp rocks. The longer she looked the more drawn she felt to the peaceful thought of death. Slowly the crying, broken girl walked closer and closer until finally she walked past the edge. For a brief second, she felt like she was flying. The girl felt freed as she thought of blissful death.
Later that night her friend decides to call back again. Ring ring. Ringggggg.
