______________________________You see, love is like an adventure, and this one would have to be the most exciting yet. One day, while Lucy was at the guild, she decided that she needed to go on another job. She was at the bar drinking her usual strawberry milkshake, when she noticed that her best friend Natsu wasn't there yet. "Hey Mira! Do you know where Natsu is?" Lucy asked.
"You know, I haven't seen him since last night after the party. He didn't leave till a few hours after you did." Mirajane, the bartender answered. Maybe Natsu is still at home... "Well Mira, I'm off! Thanks for the milkshake!" I said while walking towards the doors. "Bye Lucy!
I decided to go on to Natsu's house to see if he was alright. He hasn't been talking to me much for the past few days, and it is like he is trying to ignore me... After about a half hour walk from the guild, I arrive at Natsu's house. Now, I have only been here a couple times. The first, I had to take him and Happy home since we had been in a bad fight on a job, and he was way too beat up to go himself. Let me tell you, the house was trashed. But what do you expect from two boys who live by themselves and are rarely home to begin with. The second time, well I had planned on scaring them when they got back since they aways do that to me at my apartment. They didn't show up, so I cleaned it up a bit. By a bit, I mean it was spotless when I left.
I knocked on the door, to receive no answer. I waited about what I thought was about 5 minutes till I knocked even louder this time. When I didn't hear an answer, I figured that they were both still asleep. Since Natsu is a dragon-slayer, he would be able to hear me.
"NATSU! HAPPY! I'M COMING IN!" They for sure heard that. I know it. I opened the door, to find that it is once again a disaster. sigh, I'll have to clean it again. "Happy, where are you?" I made my way towards Natsu and Happy's room, to find a missing Exceed(Happy), and a passed out dragon-slayer. For once, he actually looks peaceful. Even if he smells like a brewery. I quietly make my way out, and back to the living room to clean up. After about an hour or so of working diligently, the living room and kitchen are both spotless. I look at the watch on my right wrist to see that it is now noon.
I make my way back towards Natsu's room to wake him up since he'll need to get a shower and eat at some point today. "Natsuuuuu~" I say in the most kind voice I can. "It's time to wake up!"
"Ughhh, 5 more minutes Happy!" He winced as his voice rose. I walk over to him and sit on the side of the bed. "Natsu, its Lucy, not Happy. Come on its already noon, I'll make you something to eat." With that, His eyes opened. He looked a bit shocked to see me, then covered his eyes.
"Oh my gosh Lucy. I have the worst headache ever.." He whispered.
"How much did you exactly drink last night? You never actually drink, so why did you?" I tried my best to say it with kindness.
"What? Oh, well... I'm not sure Luce. There was a party, and I decided to have fun ya know? It would have been so much more fun if you'd of stayed longer though..."
"Uh-... Well, I was uh, ya know. Tired! Yea. Tell you what, next party, I'll stay as long as you want, alright? For now, you need to go take a shower. You smell like a pub. After you're done, we'll go to the guild to have lunch OK? I'll help you with that hangover of yours."
