Ringing in the dark

A ring in the darl

Susan wakes up to hear loud beeping. She looks down and sees her phone is ringing.
Ugh. It's 5am! She thought.
Susan looks at who's calling her and the contact name reads as 'Katie'.
"Why is Katie ringing me at this time?! She never calls anyone." She picks up the phone. Before she can say anything, Katie says in a hurry
"Susan! I know this is weird, i never usually call you. But, do you wanna play out since you've moved house near us?"
"Umm.. Sure? When?.."
"Now."
Why is she so urgent for me to play out at this time? Whatever. I'll go anyways.
"Fine. I'll come."
"See you soo-" But before Katie could finish her sentence, Susan

Susan gets dressed into her usual, comfy clothes. I wonder why they want me to meet them so early.. She thought to herself.
Whilst walking out of the door, she looks down at her watch and the time reads as 5:25.
She arrives at Boston Park and notices Katie. She was wearing unusual clothes. "Katie! Over here!"
She slowly looks up, looking tired, and walked over to Susan.
"Hi, Susan. Come with me, let's go in the woods."
"Sure!" Susan said, no idea what's about to happen.
"Close your eyes, i'll lead you there."
Susan closes her eyes tightly as Katie guides her, holding her arm.
"We're nearly there."
"I'm so excited, Katie!"
"Good."
Katie walks into the woods and goes to a spot surrounded by a circle of trees.
"Stand right there and stay there."
"Okay."
Susan hears a slight crunching noise. Then all of a sudden, there's a noise of a chainsaw.
"Katie?! What're you doing!"
"Oh, i'm just crafting something for you."
I'm starting to get a bit worried. I'm just going to keep my eyes shut.. For now.. she thought.
"Ta-da! Open your eyes!"
Susan ,a wide smile on her face, opens her eyes. As she saw what Katie had made, her heart sank to the floor. Her face went pale. She was lost for words.

Katie had cut up all of Susans friends and made their left over body parts into the words "Surprise!".
Susan was paralysed. She couldn't think of anything to say.
Katie slowly moves towards her, chainsaw in hand, and whispers something. It sounded like "Your turn."
She dug the chainsaw into her stomach. Susan tried to let out a scream, but nothing came out. She started to feel dizzy and it was hard to breathe. She was so sleepy. She fell to the ground. Dead.

A few seconds later she jumps up and screams. She looks around her bedroom. It was all a nightmare.
"Oh my gosh. That was horrible." she said as she started to tear up.
Then, her phone starts to ring. She looks down. It was Katie.
