"Nothing" he mumbled as he walked out the Cafeteria "ugh" I sigh as I walk over to the light blue lunch table my boyfriend was currently sitting at with his "homies" I sit down next to my boyfriend " Hey Ma " 😏 I hear him say as I'm kinda zoned out , " Hey " I replied back with a soft voice " You alright Babe ? " "I'm fine" I managed to crack a fake smile , & he actually believed me .

Yeah he's really mad at me , I say as I continually knock on his door Then the door opens , "Hey Sweetie" I look up & see August's Grandmom Mrs.Sheila " Hey , is August home ? " I say as I walk in & hug her " yeah he's in his room , he's been in there all day . " she sighed " Aww , Mrs.Sheila I'll talk with him " I say as she gives me that wide smile that brightens everyone's day .

"August" I say in a soft voice , I hear a squeak which is telling me he's coming to the door " oh , hey" I hear him say in a depressed tone , I walk in his room & lay down on his bed . "Scoot over " he said as i scoot my little butt over . " What did I do ?" I softly said not wanting to be loud while it was silent in the dark room " It doesn't matter" " No August it does matter " "Leave it alone . " " August stop doing that ! " I say a little louder , once I knew he wasn't gonna respond from the silence that I've gotten , I knew this problem wasn't gonna be established , so I just placed a kiss on his cheek & lay down next to him " I love you " I whisper but before I closed my eyes , I heard words that made my heart race " I love you too "
