The second book is a teen romance but one of the cutest ones I've read. It takes a rather common plot but writes it so beautifully that you can't help but fall in love with it. The characters are relatable and funny. Their thought processes are logical. The updates are slow on this one but I found it a book worth waiting for.
The story is about Cassie Briggs. In a life economics class, she's paired up with her boyfriend's best friend, Dylan who annoys her very much. To make matters worse, Elijah, Cassie's boyfriend is paired up with his ex girlfriend.
When Elijah cheats on Cassie and breaks her heart, (Relax, this isn't a spoiler) Cassie finds comfort and friendship in Dylan. Elijah continues to ask for forgiveness and tries to get back together while feelings start to change between Cassie and Dylan.
I'm not good at summaries, sorry. The summary of the book is much better.
