Today is the day! The chosen day! It's finally Summer Break! Lotta has been non-stop emailing me to visit Harvey Street she says I'll have so much fun! I really wanted to but because of school I couldn't now I can! It's gonna be so much fun
"Sapphire?"
" Hm?! Oh yes mom? "I answered
" Oh! "She chuckled "Lost in thought I see?"
" Um yea sorry" I asked sweatshops
"It's ok" she said looking at the front "excited about your first day at Harvey Street?"
" Yes! " I exclaimed
"You promise your gonna make lots of friends?" She asked
" Yes"
"You promise your gonna get a boyfriend?"
" WHAT?! " I exclaimed blushing "No!"
" I'm just joking! " she laughed
"Dont joke like that" I said still blushing
"Hey look!" She said " we're here"
"REALLY?!" I exclaimed and pushed the door open and started running
Harvey Street felt alot like Canada which of course was my home country
I spied for Lotta then I noticed her
"Hey! Cuz!" I exclaimed
she looked at me and I couldn't believe how tall she had gotten! And I was even the older Cousin!
"Hey! Guys! She's here!" Lotta exclaimed at someone
I tilted my head and she walked over to me with a shorter girl with brunette Brown hair and some sort of tri-tails or something then an even shorter African-American girl
"Hello" she said "I'm Dot"
"Sapphire" I said smiling
" wassup? I'm Audrey! " the other girl said
"Like I said my name is Sapphire" I smiled
"Guys this is Sapphire she's my older cousin" Lotta said pointing at me
"YOUR OLDER COUSIN?" Audrey and Dot looked really shocked probably cause of my and her height difference
" Come on! " they said grabbing my hands "let's give you a grand tour!"
Time skip (I'm lazy T^T)
The final stop was at some treehouse
"And this belongs to-"
"Get off our property!" A boy with black her called
" What do you want Melvin? " Audrey said "we just wanna give Sapphire a tour of Harvey Street!"
" Who's Sapphire? " the boy I suppose was called "Melvin" asked
"She's Lotta's cousin...the girl with pink hair" Dot said
"Uh hi" I said waving
I really don't wanna be in the middle of this drama
"Who you talking to Melvin?" Another boy asked he had NO hair and he had a serious pinkeye
" Just the Farty Girls and there little friend" Melvin grumbled
"You mean that girl?" Pinkeye asked pointing at me
" Hi" I said
"Hi!" He waved
" could you pls just get off our property?! " Melvin grumbled
"Whatever" Audrey rolled her eyes
" What's up with them? " I asked Lotta
"You know that childhood rival thing" Lotta replied
"Ah" I said
After that while thing I settled on some Ice cream
"So do you like Harvey Street?" Dot asked me to
" Yes! " I exclaimed "Too bad I'm only here for summer break"
"Ah! That's ok!" Audrey said
"Yeah! Just make the best out of these moments " Lotta smiled
"Thanks guys" I said "Now I should be heading home (where the f-) now!"
" Bye! " the all called
I smiled than ran off feeling happy because I know have friends!
