Sasuke woke up the next morning with a huge weight off his shoulders, he was truly going to be open and honest with his family and tell them the truth, start to finish. Everything will be out in the open. Sasuke finally rolled out of the guest bed and made his way to the bathroom to shower and officially start the day off right. Sarada would be at the academy until this afternoon, when Sasuke would pick her up and walk her home, he then would propose the idea of Sarada, Sakura and himself having dinner. Sasuke was extremely nervous. To tell the truth Sasuke was more then nervous, he was anxious, he truly didn't know how this would pan out. He was more then scared about Sakura's reaction and how she'd take the news, it was no fact that she hates him and his guts, that was pretty much a proven fact. Sasuke was just worried that he wouldn't be able to see his daughter anymore, he truly wanted to build a bond with her and be there for her in ways his family wasn't, he just truly wants a open and honest family, a relationship with his daughter.

Sasuke smiled slightly as he approached the academy, Boruto smiled and immediately rushed to his side, immediately talking about training but Sasuke turned him down and looked for his daughter in which Boruto showed him where she was. Sasuke found her talking to Cho-Cho, the chubby little friend that was her name right? As Sasuke grew closer he could hear them talking about, (Name) and Serenity, mostly about (Name). As Sasuke watched and listened, all three failed to see the angry daughter.
"So is it true? She took your dad?"
"I don't know, my mom seems to think so"

"So what's going to happen? To your mom I mean?"
"I don't know, she's all sad and alone, that stupid bitch took her from-"
"My Mother is not a bitch! She didn't take your stupid manwhore of a father! He obviously got bored of your mother after a one night stand and moved on to someone better!" The angry daughter yelled.
"Why you! Don't say anything about my mother you don't know her! Why are you here! My life was better without you and all those bastard Uchiha's I was fine being the only one! Now-"
"Now you're not so special! Boohoo, get over it!" Serenity yelled, she then halted at the male, "Control your daughter Sasuke, and keep my family out of your mouth Sarada" and with that Serenity left the three.
"Oh-"
"Don't even"
Sasuke took his daughter by the hand and dragged her away from her friend and walked them to a secluded spot, away from on lookers.
"Sarada! Where did that come from?! You know better then to talk about people like that, especially family!" He scolded.
Sarada scoffed and looked away, ripping her hand away.
"They aren't my family! You and my MOM are supposed to be my family! But you slept with that little who-"
"Enough! You will not talk about (Name) like that! You will learn to respect her! Now let's go!" He yelled and continued to drag his daughter to her apartment complex.

Sasuke angrily knocked on the door, waiting for Sakura to open the door. He looked to Sarada, who was even more angry. He could understand why she'd be mad but she had to learn to respect others wether her mother did or not. The door finally opened and revealed Sakura in her bath towel.
"Oh Sasuke-Kun!" She spoke.

Sasuke looked annoyed, and looked anywhere but at Sakura's body. He cleared his throat before looking into her eyes.
"Uh- I came over to ask both you, and Sarada to dinner tonight? I mean I understand the short notice but I would like to sit and talk to you both, there's somethings I'd like to apologize and a lot I need to talk to you about" he spoke. Sakura looked very so happy, clearing missing the true meaning of the message.
"Yes of course, we'll be there. Are we meeting at a restaurant or somewhere else?" She asked.
"My house"

Sarada looked away and walked into her home,
"Come on mom, we got things to do" she spoke.
"Oh yes! Well then Sasuke-Kun we'll see you for dinner, I suppose you'll pick us up"
"Yes of course" and with that she walked back into their home and Sasuke walked away. He knew that Sakura got the wrong message about the dinner and talk, but that didn't bother him, he was eager to get this over with and if she thought it was something else it was her fault not his. He just needed to talk to them both, tonight.

A few hours later, after following a recipe from (Name) dinner was completed and Sasuke started to make the dinner table, it was the only furniture piece besides a small futon that he unpacked right away. He couldn't be bothered to get settled in until the talk was over.
Sasuke's new home was a small one bedroom apartment, he didn't need a lot or want a lot. Sasuke looked at the time and decided to go and get the two ladies of the night. He wasn't really dreading the whole talk anymore, after all it would be better after this.

"So this is my house, it's nothing much right now, but I'll make it my own" he spoke as he walked into the small home with the two ladies.
"Oh wow Sasuke-Kun, it's lovely! Have you thought about decorations?" Sakura asked.
"Not really at the moment but here let's eat, I bought a recipe book and I tried it out" he spoke changing the subject. The three gathered at the table, the mother clearly impressed.
"Oh wow this is all so amazing, I know it'll taste good" she spoke.
"Oh I hope so, it was my first time cooking"

After awhile the three began to eat, and have small talk.
"So what did you want to talk about Sasuke-Kun?!" Sakura asked with a small twist of her pink locks.
"Ah well you see there's a lot that I need to say so please just listen to the both of you" he started. Sasuke looked down before, continuing "I'm sorry that I hurt you both, it was never my intention to hurt you. I should have told you that from the start, Sakura I never could make myself love you the way you loved me. I thought I could once Sarada was born but I only found myself tied down and missing my heart, when I met (Name) it sparked something in me that wasn't there to begin with. The more time I spent with her I started to fall in love. I couldn't bring myself to hurt you and tell you the truth so I tried to keep my distance but once Naruto put her in the village it was hard, I tired to make myself stay home and be with you to make you happy but I wasn't happy. I was never happy, ever since we were young you were always there forcing your love down my throat and as we got older and our friends had families, you wanted one so bad that on my last night in the village you and I slept together, granted it was a drunken one night but I felt something for the first time and after that the feeling just disappeared, I never felt love around you, I don't know why, I just couldn't bring myself to feel love-"
"What are you saying Sasuke!"
"What I am saying is that I don't have it in me to try and rebuild this relationship, I never loved you but for my daughters sake I will try to be civil and spend time with her. I know I haven't been there before but I promise to be there now. I want to make this right and if us being just friends works then that's what happens. I'm sorry Sakura but I don't share the same feelings as you do"
"Sasuke!"
"I only ask that you do not speak Ill of (Name) and the others, if I find out you are spreading rumors I will personally deal with you"
