The Shadow Man

Prologue

      It was October 3, 2019  Jamie ans Ash's parents had left for about a week so they were left alone. Ash had just gotten home frome school wile Jamie had started their dinner, they were having taco's. By the the time they finished eating it was late so Jamie made sure Ash was in bed before he started to record a video. It was about 11:00 p.m when Jamie heard a thud from the living room. He slowly got up to see what the noise came from. He walked into the room and one of their vases was broken on the floor but no one was their. He was a little scared but he just shrugged it off and cleaned up the mess befor going back to his work. He sighed and finished his work. He was just about to fall asleep but then he heard Ash cry out for help. He rushed to her room to find her under her covers and stuff all over the place, which was extremely strange since Ash was always so organized. He walked over to her and sat at the foot of her bed. "What happend?" he asked, "T-t-the m-man" she stammered with tears streaming down her face. "What man?" Jamie asked. "T-t-that m-man" she pointed to the corner for her room. Jamie looked over and saw this deformed man? Or was monster? Jamie picked up Ash and ran out of the house as fast as he could. He ran into the forest that was located to the north of the house. Did he make a mistake going their or was it the best option?
