Healer Gone Wrong?

Chapter 3.1: IS THAT A MONSTER CRY?

A loud roar echoed around the forest. It sounds like from a distance. The sound gave me shiver as if it tells the creatures inside the forest "I am hungry!". I tried to search for the source of the roar.

*Looks around*

I can't find anything! I only see some little creatures from here inside the cave. Those bluish slimy creatures, [SLIMES lvl 1] can't let out such loud roar. I'm feeling anxious now because of that. Thinking that other world really is dangerous. But "I have my luck" I said while thinking how this skill helped me. Now I feel motivated to find the creature.

I started to explore outside the cave. I entered the dense rainforest again. I tried to search for the source of the roar. Luckily I haven't encountered any monsters. Thank you [Monstrous Luck]! I happily said in my mind.

As I roam deeper in the forest I marked the path I took with some scratch on each tree I passed by using a sharp stone I found. All I can hear are the aound of the insects and monsters from distance. As well as the sound of the crackling branches and leaves I stepped in to.

[TIME] 1:00 PM

It's been almost an hour since I roam and I can't find a single trace of the creature. Until...

*ROAAAAAAARRRR!*

"Argh! My eardrums are going to bursttttt!" I yelled. It is so loud and feels near.

[HEAL]!
[HEAL]!
[HEAL]!
[HEAL]!

I repeatedly applied [HEAL] unto my ears.

A notification popped up that says:

[HEAL reached lvl 3]
[MONSTROUS LUCK activated]
[FEAR IMMUNITY lvl 1 has been created]
[VIT +1]
[VIT +1]
[VIT +1]
...

The roar continued for a minute till it stopped.

*UWAGH!*
I vomitted as I feel nauseous from the loud roar as I kneel into the ground. As I look up ahead I saw a pristine white creature. With a majestic aura that you can feel even in distance. I didn't see it clearly because it is a bit far.

"A-appraisal!"
