Programs to Choose From

  First, you need to find a photo. I would suggest an app called weheartit. But weheartit is considered social media, so if you are prohibited to visit such social media, I would not suggest visiting it. It also has "language" (if you will), but because wattpad is each of those, it is appropriate to mention. It has mostly good quality photos, whom nobody owns that you can see, so if you use it on wattpad all blame is due to weheartit and the user. Other people use Google Images.

  Now choose a photo editing program. I would suggest photobucket, which is an app as well as a website.

  You may upload photos from a computer on the website. You may upload photos from your mobile device on the app. It backs up each photo you choose and edit so you will not loose them. Of course, you can always visit the book reference I made earlier.
