Lapis x Male Reader

Part I

You are driving to beach city, you had to get away from the big city. Completely. You have bought a small apartment by the new home world. Nice view of that and the ocean. You get to your new place ready to start fresh. You unpack the moving truck and set up your apartment. You install the wall mounts for your 3 guitars. 2 electric 1 acoustic. You plug in your record player and unpack your box of records, and throw on one to listen to while you set up. *you pick up a white record ( it's the wish you were here album by Pink Floyd ( you can listen if you want ))*. After the open hymn you fall onto your couch closing your eyes and breathing in the air and you seem to just be floating. The guitar solo in the beginning makes you feel like your just floating in the water, the perfect temperature and sunlight. After you get through side one you flip it over and the song wish you were here plays.

You sit up on the couch, and suddenly something hits you. You don't have any friends here in beach city.  Your to young to be hanging with the adults but to old to hang with the teens.  You think " god I'm so stupid. Why did I abandon everything I got. No I need to go out and meet other friends..." so you get up throw on a nice outfit, grab your shoes and head out to the pier. You walk along the board walk looking over the railing, seeing the waves crash against the pier. The sun is starting to set and you reach the end, you sit on the edge watching the sun get swallowed by the sea.

You hop in car and ride down the roads exploring your new town. Your convertible cruising down the road. The warm summer breeze flows in your hair. You drive to the top of a hill over looking the whole city. The sun sets completely and the city starts to illuminate its soft glow. You drive back into town for your dinner. You decide you are going to a local pizza shop. You order a small pizza and you sit in the corner and examine the people in the restaurant. You are almost shocked to see people with un-human skin tones. There were purples, red, different shades of blue. There was one in the back of the restaurant. She was looking around too. She had dark blue hair, and light blue skin. She wore all blue as well. You two make brief eye contact, you look away and blush. You can hear a slight chuckle across the restaurant. Then someone calls out: (Y/n) your small cheese pizza is ready!
You go over and get your pizza. On the way back to your seat you give another glance towards this blue woman. You can't help but keep your eyes on her. She seemed oddly attractive toward you. You eat your pizza in silence and you step out the restaurant and walk across the street and sit and stare at the stars. You take a deep breath through your nose. The smell of ocean and the ambiance of silence and waves crashing makes you a little drowsy. All the sudden you hear footsteps and quite chuckling. You peep open an eye and the mysterious blue woman in standing over you. Her face in yours. She says "hi I'm lapis. Lapis lazuli! I've never seen you around her before." You stand up and put your hand out to shake it "my name is (Y/n), it's a pleasure to meet you *you blush a little* and I uh um just mov-moved here from the big city. I had to get away. Too many people were hurting me."
Lapis says: "I can relate.... *she grows soft and looks back towards a teenage boy who is motioning to her to shake my hand* oh I almost forgot *she shakes your hand* you seem like a nice guy why don't you come visit new home world. Here in beach city the gems and humans live in harmony. It's a lot to take in so I'm sure all of us will help you get used to it. *she gives you a smile*
*your face is a bright crimson* yeah I totally will stop by.
Lapis: "ok I have to get going but here as the humans say, call me *she says* wink wink."
*the boy gives a disappointed head-shake but laughs it off with lapis.*
You get into your car and drive home to your apartment and shower and get into your bed. You sit and stare at the ceiling thinking of girl you met today and your drift off into a deep slumber
