All the students climb out of their carriages as they came to a complete stop at the school. "All students come this way! Your luggage will be placed in your common rooms as such!" Called a guide voice, Maggie, Hector, and the rest of the Ilvermorny seventh years stay together in a group. Maggie kept looking back at the carriages, but almost tripping on a rut on the ground. Thankfully, Hector was there to catch her arm.

Maggie wasn't focused on trying to find her newly made friends, she knew that she and the other abroad students had to be sorted in order to earn proper house points. She's read of how different the sorting ceremony was for Hogwarts. Instead of standing in front of statues, it's all determined by a hat. She though it was awfully strange, though both of the schools do have their differences. Hogwarts houses focus on traits and personalities. While ilvermorny houses focused on what's like to be human. Which is why anything could happen.

"We will be on the side while the first years are sorted. Then as we are the special guests, you too will be sorted." The guide was a tall woman at that, her glasses wide enough to magnify her eyeballs. The group follow suited through the great doors of the wonderful school.

Once everything was settled and the first years were already sorted. The headmaster stands up and gestures his hand to the side. "But before we can continue, we have a special group of guests. Coming from our North American equal, I shall introduce to you. The Study Abroad program from Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry." The crowd gives a round of applause as he had presented them.

"Now, you all know just what to do." The professor that spoke was one called Professor Hudley. Dark skinned and tall, a charming suit bundle of a style. He was given a separate parchment for the students and he begins reading off the names, "Conor Thistleman"

The Thunderbird boy was shocked to hear his name come first. He comes from the crowd and comes up to sit in the stool as the hat was placed on his head. The hat once again came to life, "Oh~ Having a great start, are we? Quite a big ball of confidence from you, eh? A great addition to this house, Gryffindor!" The Gryffindor table cheers for him as he stood up, he gave a thumbs up to Maggie and Hector as we went over to the table.

"Of course he would be Gryffindor." Hector would say under his breath. Which made Maggie laugh a bit. The two continued to watch.

"Beverly Grimm", Hudley called next. It was one of the Pukwudgie twins that road in the carriage with them. The twins were identical. Both having platinum blonde hair. How you would tell the difference was the hairstyles. Beverly had long hair that reached her lower back and her sister had a long Bob reaching her collarbone. Beverly go of her sister's hand as she slowly went over to sit. The hat coming to life.

"Quite a bright star, this one. A big light for her loved ones, Hufflepuff!" The crowd at Hufflepuff table cheers. Beverly took a glance scared that she wouldn't have the same house as her sister. The sister giving a reassuring look and mouthing, "It's okay"

"Mauvé Grimm." The other sister. She would make her way to sit. The hat coming to life as it sat on her head, "Oh~ the other one. A beloved sister indeed. You care for those who are close, best be for you, Hufflepuff!" A look of relief washes over the girl's face. She stood up and quickly moved to go sit next to her sister.

"Hector Mejia", he looked up as his name was called. He looked at Maggie as he went, sitting down and the hat being placed.

"Aha! A seer's boy~ Yes, I am aware of that sort~ You seem to have a wise mind for the profession. Though you have the will to fight for what's right, Gryffindor!" The Gryffindor table roars with delightful cheers as it was announced. Hector made his way to go sit down.
