Jug's pov:

"Why are you still with that witch" Cheryl says as we get out of my car. "Because I love her" I reply. "You love the sex, Jug, Not her" She snaps as she opens the door. As much as I didn't want to believe it... Cheryl was right. "Juggie!" Sophie yells as she pounds down the stairs into my arms. "Hi, Bub" I say as I lift her up. "I only have one more week of kindergarten!" She shouts. I kiss her temple and place her down. "You do" I smirk. "Excuse me, Do I get a hug?" Cheryl asks. She giggles and hugs her. I walk upstairs and bump straight into my step mom. "Hi, honey" She says. "Hi" I reply. "How was your day?" She asks. I shrug and go into my room. My step mom is really nice but I still miss my mom... Even though she is fucked up and everything, I still miss her. I chuck my shit into the corner and put on some proper running clothes. "I'm going for a run!" I shout. "Juggie, Can you take me to the park?" Sophie asks. "Bub, I want to go for a run" I say as I squat down to her level. "Juggie!" She shouts. "Alright, But we are running there" I say. She nods and slips her sneakers on. We go outside and I grab her hand. She is quite a fast runner so she could keep up with my jog. We ran about half way until she got tired. "Can we walk now?" She asks. I nod and pick her up. "Thank you" She giggles. Once we got to the park she ran straight over to the swings and jumped on. "Push!" She shouts. I grin and walk over to her. "Georgia!" I hear my little sister shriek. "Sophie!" This little blonde girl yells. Sophie leaps off the swings and runs over to her. "I guess they know each other" A voice startles me. "Oh, Betty, It's just you" I breath out. "Betty, Look, It's the girl I told you about!" Georgia shouts. "Juggie, Can I please play with her, please!" Sophie begs. "Yeah, Just be careful, Okay" I say. "Okay!" She shouts and then runs off with Georgia. "Do you normally come to the park?" Betty asks. "Well, I usually run through here but Soph wanted to get out" I answer. "I live up there" She points. "Elm street?" I ask. She nods. "Me too" I grin. "What number?" She asks. "9" I reply. "I'm 2" She says. "Not too far" I smirk. "Your sister is adorable" She points. "Yours too".  "What made you move?" I ask. "Uh well my dad got a job offer here" She shrugs. "You're dad?" I ask. "Um well, Toni's dad but I consider him my dad since he has been around since I was 3" She smiles. "Yeah, Karen my stepmom has been around since I was 12 and Soph was 1, My Mom left us because it got too hard for her" I sigh. "I'm so sorry, Jug" She says as she places a hand on my shoulder. I smile and look at Sophie. "She always asked about her Mom... Always puts on a strong front but I know she is hurting" I say as tears well up in my eyes. I quickly wipe them away and look down. "Uh, I better get home, Sophie, Let's go!" I shout the last part. Both girls run over. "We live down the same street, Why don't we walk together?" She suggests. "Yeah, Sure" I answer. "Jug, Are we running again?" Sophie asks as she tugs on my shirt. "Just walking" I smile. She grabs Georgia's hand and they start skipping down the path together. "Small world, Aye" Betty says. "Hm?". "They go to the same kindergarten" She giggles. "Oh, yeah" I say. "Are you alright?" She asks. "Just got a lot on my mind" I fake smile. "I understand how that feels" She smiles back. We walk down the path talking until we reach her house. "This is me" She points. "Betty, Can Sophie come over?" Georgia begs her. "Not today, Sweetie" Betty says as she bends down. "But, Betty!" She yells. "Say goodbye" She says. "I'll see you at school tomorrow" I smile. "Yeah, I'll see you" She smiles as she grabs Georgia's hand. "Bye" Sophie waves as they go inside. "Can you carry me?" Sophie asks. "Yeah, Come on" I chuckle. She jumps into my arms with a giggle. We walk down the path for around 5 minuets until we reach my house. "Can you play princesses with me" Sophie asks as we get to the door. "Yeah, But Cheryl has to play too". 

(Next day)

"Jug, Can you take Sophie to Kindergarten, I'm running late!" Karen yells. "Yeah, Sure!" I yell back. "Cheryl, We need to leave now!" I shout as I run past her door. "Sophie, I'm taking you today" I say as I go into her room. She was playing with her favourite purple horse soft toy. "Are you ready?" I ask. She nods and stands up from the rug. I grab her backpack from the corner and we both go downstairs. "Has she eaten?" I ask dad as we past him. "Yeah, She is all set" He replies. "I'm ready" Cheryl says as she runs downstairs. We all pile into my car and drive straight to Soph's kindergarten. "Look, It's Betty" Cheryl says as I get out of the car. I grab Sophie out of the car and grab her bag. "Good morning" Betty giggles as she holds Georgia in her arms. "Morning" I chuckle. We both walk into the kindergarten and sign the girls in. "Are you going to be okay now?" I hear Betty whisper to Georgia. She nods so Betty places her down. Sophie and her run off but Soph runs back. "Bye, Juggie" She grins as she hugs my legs. I kiss the top of her head and then watch her run to the doll corner. "That was easy" Betty murmurs. We both walk out. "I'll see you at school" I smirk as she gets in the car. "Bye, Juggie" She teases. "I totally ship you two" Cheryl smirks as I get back into my car. "Shut up, I'm with Veronica".
