Trapped

~Punch~

"Now what are you wearing." He asks slowly.
"What I want to wear." You say trying to move around him but he follows in front of you.
You try to go back to the house but he still circles you.
"I'll call for Luke!" You say.
"Sure, call for Luke. I'm prepared this time."
"Psycho!" You scream trying to trick him out and run back to the house, it fails. You want to get him away from you but your done putting Luke in danger.
He grabs you by the wrist like earlier, but this time he digs his nails into your wrist.
Trying to kicks him in the knee he claws harder.
"Owwwww!" You scream.
This sends Luke running out of a barn.
"Y/n?" He says running at Jim.
He knocks Jim to the ground, Jim pushes him, he pushes Jim.
When they both get up Jim punches Luke in the face, then he does it again and again.
"Stop it!" You scream "Stop!!!"
Luke kicks him, but gets kicked back.
"Please stop!" You scream as Jim kicks Luke in the head sending him to the ground.
Jim then runs away seeing your father come outside.
Running next to Luke's side you say "Luke, are you ok!" His nose is bleeding bad, along with his lip and he has cuts on his cheek and head.
He nods holding his head.
"You need to stop protecting me." You say to him "You're just gonna keep getting hurt."
"It's worth it." Luke says.
"No, it's not. You need to keep yourself safe."
"All I care about is that you are safe."
Valery comes out with a first aid kit "what happened!" She exclaims.
"Jim happened." You say.
Valery begins "Why don't you come inside."
You help Luke get up and allow him to rest on your shoulder as you walk to the house.
Walking inside you glare at your father.
You walk up the stairs and into a guest room, Luke sits down on the bed.
Valery hands you a cloth "keep pressure on the cut on his head."
You nod taking the cloth from her.
You stare at Luke nervously.
"I'm fine." He laughs.
"But you might not have been, especially not if he kicked you any harder."
"But I'm ok." He says.
"And so am I, thanks to you."
"All I did was throw a punch and get my butt kicked."
You smile "So now you always know what to say and do."
He smiles back.
Valery come in with a wet cloth, bandages, and ice.
Here she says giving you a bandage, you place it on his cheek, then another on his forehead. After that Valery says to make sure he ices his head, and that his nose isn't still bleeding.
Then she leaves the room.
Sitting on the bed with Luke he says "You look amazing in that outfit."
"Thanks, but you shouldn't be focused on my outfit, you should be focused on yourself."
He smiles.
"Wanna play truth?" He asks.
You raise one eyebrow, he says "It's like truth or dare just, it's only truths."
"I get that." You pause "Just your focused on everything accept yourself."
He thinks about it "I guess, is that a yes or no."
You both laugh "Yes."
"Alright, truth or truth." He says.
"Hm I don't know, maybe truth."
"Wise choice."
You smile
"What are your life plans now, I'm guessing they've majorly changed"
You think for a bit "I want to find a guy for myself, live somewhere private, and own a dog."
"Better then before." He says.
You both laugh.
5 minutes later
You've just quit playing truth and now you're just sitting on the bed.
Looking at the time you see that it's 9:02.
You then lay your head down on Luke's lap and fall asleep.
The next day
Rose comes upstairs and you hear her go into your room.
"Y/n?" She calls.
"I'm in here!" you say taking your head off of Luke's lap. It's only 6:30 in the morning, but you don't care.
She comes in with breakfast seeing that Luke's in here too.
She sighs "Why don't you come in your room and eat."
"Alright." You say.
She sets it down in your room and goes downstairs.
"Let's go." You say to Luke.
"Where." He asks
"Back to that road, I know how to get there. Plus I want to get out of the house as much as possible."
He smiles "It's still dark out, plus what about your breakfast?"
"We'll both grab some."
He smiles harder.
Once you get changed into a slick, but poofy at the bottom, white dress, that only hangs down right above your knees, black shortie shorts, and white sneakers, you and Luke grab some breakfast.
After that you run downstairs and out to the car.
"Y/n" your dad begins as you start the car and head out.
Luke turns on the radio to some heavy metal song you don't know, but it's catchy.
He sings the words sticking his hand out of the open window.
You giggle at him when he starts whipping his head back and forth, he's laughing to.
When the song ends you turn off the radio. Your at the road.
Staring out at it you pull into the grass by a lake.
Luke says "Don't tell me you wanna swim in that."
You look up at Luke with a guilty smile.
"Y/n."
You take a step closer.
"Y/n, don't you dare."
"I won't." You say "For now."
He laughs then he walks over to the car turning on the radio it's playing the song a thousand years.

He looks at you, your sitting in the grass, white dress spread out over your crossed legs.
You stare into his eyes as he walks over to you sticking out his hand, you take it.
You begin dancing, your hands on his shoulders, his on your waist. You sway back and forth staring at each other and nothing else.
The song plays, you sway.
When the chorus comes he takes one of your hands and spins you around, your dress and hair flow with the dark sky.
Then he dips you and brings you back up your face to face with him as your hands go on his shoulders, his hands back to your waist.
This time when the chorus is coming up you and Luke stop, you stare into his eyes like nothing else matters. And when the chorus comes, he leans in and kisses you.
