Chapter 12

Toni P.O.V
I woke up to Cheryl shift a lot on the bed. I looked at the clock and saw that it was 2:00am. I heard Cheryl whimper and kicked one of her legs. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I rubbed Cheryl's arm but she flinched at my touch.
"Cheryl hey wake up." I said lightly shaking her,but this did nothing but make her whimper louder. Hearing her whimper like that broke my heart, I shook a little bit harder but nothing happened.
"Heather please no more, it hurts." Cheryl cried out. My heart shattered into a million pieces.
"Cheryl it's me Toni,wake up." I said and cupped her face. Cheryl opened her eyes and quickly kicked me away. But the problem was when she kicked me she kicked me in my nuts.
"Fuck." I hissed and rolled off Cheryl's bed. I laid my head in the floor and cupped myself. I heard Cheryl gasp.
"Oh my god TT I'm so sorry,I didn't mean to." Cheryl said placing her hand on back. I breathed in deeply and breathed out slowly.
"I-it's Okay,can you just get me an Icepack?" I asked Cheryl in pain.
"Ok just don't move so much." Cheryl said and left the room. When Cheryl left the room I slowly made my way back to the bed. Once I sat down on the bed I hissed and whimpered.
"Shit." I said as I slowly leaned my head back on the pillow. After a while Cheryl came pack with a red Icepack.
"Do you want me to put it in,or do you want to?" Cheryl asked me. But I was in so much pain that I just asked Cheryl to do it. She lifted up my sweatpants and my boxers. Cheryl placed the Icepack in my boxers and she placed my boxers and sweatpants back down. I sighed as I felt some relief from pain.
"Toni I'm sorry I thought you were Heather." Cheryl told me and cupped my face. I looked at her and smiled.
"It's fine,at least I know you can defend yourself." I said and fixed the Icepack. Cheryl then climbed into bed next to me. I wrapped my arm around her and laid her head on my shoulder.
"Are you Okay?" I asked her,but Cheryl stayed quiet. I looked at her and saw her messing with her fingers.
"Baby,are you Okay?" I repeated my self. This time I felt Cheryl look up at me.
"No not really,I hurt you and Heather won't leave me alone." Cheryl said and carefully placed her arm around my waist. I kissed the top of her head and rubbed her right arm.
"Don't worry about Heather as long as,your with me she won't hurt you. And as for hurting me you were just defending yourself. I'm fine,I'll just need a minute and then I'm good as new." I said and lifted Cheryl's head up. And gave her a passionate kiss,and kissed her nose.
"Goodnight TT." Cheryl said and snuggled her head in my neck. I smiled and kissed her once more.
"Goodnight baby girl." I said and fell asleep.
Morning Time
I felt the warm ness of the sun shine down on to my my eyes. I placed my hand over the light and looked around the bed and saw that Cheryl was gone. I sat up slowly because I was still sore from last night. I took the Icepack out from my boxers and placed it on the nightstand. I got up and groaned, and stretched afterwards. I slowly walked to the door and saw Cheryl looking out the window wearing my leather jacket. Kevin and Fangs were no ware to be seen. I carefully made my way to Cheryl careful not to make a sound. Once I made it behind her I wrapped my arms around her waist.
"Good Morning baby girl." I said and kissed Cheryl's neck. I saw her smile and blush.
"Good Morning TT." Cheryl replied to me and leaned on me. I grabbed her coffee and took a sip and gave it back to her.
"How are you feeling today?" Cheryl asked me. I smiled at her and playfully rolled me eyes.
"I'm fine,you?" I asked her.
"I'm doing well know that your here." Cheryl said and turned to face me. We both leaned in and we were about to kiss when somebody knocked on the door. I sighed and pulled away.
"I'll go answer it." Cheryl said and walked pass me.
"I'll go change." I said and walked into her room. I grabbed my clothes from the floor and changed into them. I walked into Cheryl's bathroom and grabbed a spare toothbrush and used it to brush my teeth. Once I put in my shoes I ran my hands threw my hair and walked out of her room. When I opened her door Veronica and Betty heads turned to me. I smiled to them and waved at them.
"Hello Betty and Veronica how are you this morning?" I asked them as Cheryl gave me a cup of Coffee. I repaid her with a kiss on her cheek.
"We're doing well, how about you Ms.Topaz?" Veronica asked me. I took a sip of my coffee and smiled at her.
"I'm doing fine,and you can call me Toni." I said and sat next to Cheryl on the couch.
"Ok well Cheryl Toni What were you guys doing?" Veronica asked wiggling her eyebrows. I rolled my eyes and chuckled,while Cheryl shot her a glare.
"We watched Queer eye,then I had a meeting with your parents, then me and Fangs hanged out. Then we all met up at the mall,and then we had a sleepover." I replied to Veronica,who nodded and took a sip of her coffee.
"So nothing els happened?" Veronica asked and Cheryl threw a decorative pillow at her.
"Enough with the interrogation Veronica." Betty said and slapped Veronica on the arm. I laughed and placed my arm behind Cheryl. Our conversation lasted for thirty minutes,when Jason came into the house. When he placed his keys in their bowls,he looked up and saw all of talking.
"Hello Cheryl,cousin Betty,Veronica, and Ms.Topaz." Jason said walking to us. He hugged everybody els but shook my hand.
"How are Ms.Topaz?" Jason asked me.
"I'm doing well, how are you?" I questioned him.
"I'm doing well." Jason said and smiled at me. I smiled back at him and my phone buzzed. I took t out of my pocket and looked at the caller ID. It was Jughead.
"I'm sorry I got to take this." I said and stood up and left the apartment.
"What's up Jug?" I asked him.
"I just got a call from the company and we have to go to Spain ." Jughead told me over the phone.
"I thought that wasn't until next month." I said and leaned against the wall.
"Yeah but the company that's in Spain has an important event that messed with their whole schedule. So they moved us a month earlier." Jughead explained to me.
"Ok well what time do we need to be there?" I asked Jughead.
"We Have to meet them at 7:30 tomorrow morning. So I already got us the tickets meet me in your house in twenty. And I already have your stuff packed." Jughead said. I sighed and thanked him and walked back into the apartment. Everybody body was sitting on the couch but stoped their conversation when I walked in.
"Cheryl I got to go, I have a last minute business trip." I told her,she nodded and got up and gave me my jacket.
"No you can keep it until I get back." I told her and handed it back to her.
"Where are you going?" Cheryl asked me.
" I'm going to Spain,I was going next month but there schedules got messed up and I have to meet them by 7:30am." I said and Cheryl hugged me. I hugged her back and said goodbye to everybody els and left the apartment. But just as I was about to press the elevator button,Cheryl called my name.
"What's wrong?" I asked her.
"Nothing you just forgot something." Cheryl replied.
"What did I forget?" I asked her.
"This." Cheryl said and wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me passionately. I wrapped my arms around her waist and deepest the kiss. When we finally pulled away Cheryl took my bottom lip with her. I smiled and pressed the elevator button.
"I'll see it in two weeks,Princess." I said and got in the elevator. I got in my Jeep and drove back to my house.
"About time Your here." Jughead said once I entered my house.
"Ok calm down I'm early." I said making my way up to my room. I took off all of my clothes and took a quick shower. I brushed my teeth again and changed into my travel clothes. Which was a red hoodie with my black leggings and red shoes, and my hat.
