America P.O.V

I wakup to he sound of my alarm. Great. I think. First day at a new school. I bet everyone is going to hate me, like the last one. I stop the alarm and get out of bed. I put on my shirt that says 'NATO' on it and then slip on my NASA sweatshirt. I grab my phone and walk out of my room. My father and my mother are sitting in the living room, Britain is reading a newspaper while drinking tea and France is drinking wine with her legs crossed. "Bonjour, Amerique!" France says, smiling at me "Hey mom." I reply. I walk out of the door and start walking towards my new school. On the way there I see two of my friends from my last school, so I walk up to them. "Hey Poland, hey Germany" I say "Oh, hi Ame!" Poland replies, Germany waves. "How have you guys been doing?" I ask "Pretty good" Germany replies "Nice." I reply "Well, we gotta get going. Bye Ame!" Poland says, grabbing Germany's hand. I sigh and continue walking. Once I arrive, I see that there's barely anyone there, meaning I'm really early. Great. Now I guess I have to wait for a while until school starts. I think, very frustrated. I walk up to the door and push on it, it opens and I walk inside. I grab my schedule from my bag and take a look at it
Your homeroom is ______
Your locker number is ____
Your locker combination is __-__-__
I stare blankly at the paper. I sigh and stuff the schedule back into my bag. I walk into my homeroom and I'm greeted by the teacher "Oh, hello! You must be America. My name is Algeria, nice to meet you!" He hold out his hand, offering for me to shake it. I comply, and he says "Your seat is right over there" he points to a seat in the second to last row, right in the middle. I nod and walk over there, setting down my things and sitting down. A while later, more people enter the classroom, not paying any attention to me, like I hoped they would. Suddenly China and North Korea walk in together, and I shutter, thinking of what they've done to me. I sink down into my chair a little more, hoping they won't notice me. They do. They both come over to my desk, and once North Korea gets here, he crosses his arms and says "Well, look who we have here. The little faggot boy." China snickers and I tense up. "Go away." I mumble. "You're no fun" China says. North Korea uncrossed his arms and they walk away to their seats. A few more people come into the classroom, and then the bell rings. I look around at the people sitting near me. On my right is South Sudan, looking as angry at everything as ever, on my left is Indonesia- wait no, Monaco, behind me is Liechtenstein and in front of me is... Russia. Fuck. I think. Class starts and it's really boring, mostly just Algeria explaining math things. The bell rings once class is over "class dismissed" Algeria says. I grab my bag and walk out of the door, the students in my class all rushing to get out, except Russia and I. It doesn't seem like Russia's paying attention to reality. Suddenly Russia bumps into me and my pencil case falls out of my hand. He probably did that on purpose. I'm just a waste of space anyway. I pick up my case and run off, leaving Russia alone in the classroom. I walk to my next class, which is P.E. I've always been bad with P.E, mainly because I'm a fatass and I need to lose more weight, but I still do it. Once I arrive, almost everyone's already there, including Japan, my only friend who came to my new school with me. I walk to her and stand on her left, since Bhutan is already on her right. "Hi America-san!" She says waving at me, with the glint in her eyes as bright as ever. "Hey Japan." I reply, lifting my hand up slightly in a small wave. "How was your summer?" She asks "Fine."I reply, remembering my dad, since I forgot about him until now. I wince a little, not enough for Japan to notice though, she's not very observant. A few more people walk into The gym and the class starts. We do normal warm ups, like jumping-jacks and other things. Once we're done with warm ups, the P.E teacher says "We will be doing 5 laps around the school, follow me to where we start." Oh no. I think the last time I did this I passed out. I hope that doesn't happen again. I sigh and just accept what's happening, because all I can really do is hope it doesn't happen. Once we get started everyone is far ahead of me, due to my lack of energy and slowness. Japan sees how far back I am so she slows down as well. I run out of energy and just start walking, Japan and I talk for a while while just walking until the P.E teacher yells "America! Japan! This isn't 'chat with your friends', this is P.E! Get running!" Japan gives me a sympathetic look and then starts running, mouthing a small 'sorry' before getting far in front of me. I start to run as well, but it looks like more of a fast walk. I run out of energy as quick as last time, but I know if I stop I'll get scolded again, so I continue running.

After a bit longer of running

My breathing isn't even breathing anymore, it's just very loud wheezing, my body hurts a lot, and then I think How have I not collapsed yet? But right after I have that thought, my body seems to remember that it shouldn't have been going for this long, and everything starts going dark. I try to run up to Japan but I don't reach her in time and everything goes black.

Russia P.O.V

I hear a loud thud, and stop running, everyone else stopped too. I see America on the floor, passed out. I didn't even realize America was here I think. Japan runs over to America and starts shaking him, a bunch of other countries are crowding around him too, so I decide to as well. America wakes up and looks up at everyone. "What happened?" He asked feebly "You passed out, America-san" Japan replies, standing up and offering him her hand. He takes her hand and stands up. "Oh, sorry." He replies, getting an anxious look on his face. I feel really bad for that dude, he's un-naturally thin, and he always looks miserable. I think sympathetically. The P.E teacher suddenly says "America, do you need to go to the nurse?" "I-I don't know, probably?" He replies, getting more anxious every second. "Alright, you'll go with.. hmm... Russia. Russia, take America to the nurse." The P.E teacher says. "Alright." I reply. America sighs and I lead him out of the gym. Once we arrive in the hallway I ask "Why are you un-naturally thin and why do you always have no energy? Are you starving yourself?" America's eyes widen and he quickly replies "N-no! W-why would I do that?" "Last year didn't a bunch of people call you fat, even though you weren't?" I reply. America stays silent. He just messes with his fingers and looks at the ground. I suddenly feel really guilty so I say, softer this time "Okay, let's just forget about this conversation and go to the nurse." "O-okay..." he softly replies.
