Jungkook likes Jimin. Jungkook likes Jimin a lot. He thinks he's is cute, lovely and damn sexy. He is talented and always manages to cheer him up. He basically is the happiest little bean in this entire galaxy. And that's why Jungkook adores him. He is always so happy and it needs only his appearance to make him smile. He just feels comfortable and nice around Jimin. Maybe he also feel loved, in some kind of way. But they're best friends and Jungkook knows that too well. He knows that they will be friends forever but never anything more.
That's the reason why he never told Jimin he's gay. He's afraid of what his reaction could be. Maybe he would be disgusted or scared. Most likely their friendship wouldn't be the same. And that's the last thing Jungkook would want right now.
Day by day he's trying to tell himself he doesn't have these feelings and day by day he has to admit to himself that it's not true. That he indeed has these feelings.
It's not like he doesn't want to tell Jimin everything. He really does! But he is just too insecure. So he would just carry on being best friends with him and enjoy whatever they do together. He would enjoy Jimins laugh, his smile, his deep, raspy voice in the morning, his scent and his warm, cozy hugs from behind.

Today was different. Today Jungkook decided to tell Jimin how he truly feels. He doesn't really know why -neither does he know how- but he somehow feels confident in his decision.
They're gonna meet up at 3pm in their favourite local Café. For them it's kinda like a holy place. They sat there uncountable times, chit chatting about everything and anything, gossiping about classmates and teachers or just doing homework. They would have their regular order. Jimin would get a Vanilla Latte Macchiato and Jungkook a Caffee Mocha. Sometimes their other best friend Taehyung would join them. He always gets a Chai Latte because allegedly "it's the best Chai Latte in this entire universe", like he says.
But today Taehyung won't join them. And today they won't gossip about the ridiculous girl with the fake Gucci bag next to them. Today, it will be different.
