BrainChild Pt.7

      Elley jerked back and fell on the cold, cracky floor. She knew she had to get out of there immediately to save everyone and tell someone about this, not that anyone would believe her anyway, but at least she had witnesses.

Elley started to cry.

      She had never cried in her life - well at least that's what her parents told her. Elley scrunched scrunched her knees up to her face and wrapped her arms around her knees. Suddenly, Elley startes to thinl about herself not having the powers she possessed and being a normal child. I wouldn't be in this predicament if I didn't have powers. I wonder what I would be doing right now if I was a normal child.... Elley thought. She then started to think if her little sister, Laura, had powers like her or just some sort of powers in general. "How did we get these powers? Did they come from mom and dad? Grandma and Grandpa? HOW!? Can someone just answer my questions and get me out of here......" Elley said aloud as she tried to wipe away the heavy tears that were pouring down her face away.

      "Hey! Little girl! Are you okay, because you really don't look like it. What's wrong? You can tell me anything and any problems that you have," a young woman, about 20, said. Elley started to move closer to her, to tell her all of the problems she had. Then, she stopped and said, "NO! I CAN'T TRUST ANYBODY ANYMORE! THEY'LL ALL TURN AGAINST ME LIKE LEYLAI DID! I KNEW I SHOULDN'T HAVE TRUSTED HER! I knew all along from the beginning, ever since I talked to her......" Elley started to cry again, trying to wipe away her tears as well.

      "Hey sweetie, don't cry. Just come here and I'll tell you a story to cheer you up & to keep you away from the madness of this cruel world," the woman said. "Anyway, my name is Jisoo Soyaa and your name is......, she waited for Elley to say her name. "M-my name is E-Elley. Elley N-Newsborn." "Well Elley, why don't you come here and I'll tell you a story that will cheer you up! You can also lay your head on my lap if you feel sleepy. I don't mind!" After Jisoo said that, she gave Elley a very warm, bright smile - unlike the murderous, cold smile Leylai gave her. Elley started ro scoot where Jisoo was and ahe started to tell the story.
