BEEP BEEP BEEP! my alarm clock screamed as I jumped up and looked at the clock 7:25 it read. Crap I'm going to be late I ran and hopped into the shower washed my hair and washed my body I jumped out and dried off and grabbed ripped stone washed jeans and a grey shirt with a hoodie combed my hair and threw on my shoes as I grabbed my book bag my mom said your late! You can walk to school today. she said laughing. remembering how much a hated my foster mom I grabbed my bag and left on the way to school I took a shortcut into the denwood forest it was foggy too where you couldn't see the leaves on the branches of the trees. I quickly got lost even though I knew these woods like the back of my hands. But today was different it seemed like a whole new world. Then I saw a straight path clearing and at the end of it was a door made of old stone with vines and plants growing around it I took small steps towards it to get a closer look when I got about 2 feet away it started to glow in the middle the a huge giant burst of light came and I shielded my eyes from the brightness when it dimmed down I opened my eyes. An oval shaped mist that glowed blue-ish white light spun around clock wise and a hand reached out and grabbed mine and pulled me into the strange looking doorway I quickly looked around the sky was a purple with two giant planets in the sky I noticed I wasn't in denwood forest I was in a creepy forest with trees of black wood and the road was cobblestone and there was a load roar in the distant sky a grey dragon soared through the sky and flew above me as I watched it fly away I was frightened to where I couldn't move then I heard a snap in the bushes I called who's there. No one answered do I walked closer and I man jumped out wearing a tan tunic with a brown vest tied together with home woven string and he was wearing brown boots. There's no hiding from you young fella he said. I panicked and jumped back and I asked who are you and where am I? well, your in icaristica kid and I'm jorgmung jorgmung deigal and you? he said. I-I'm jack. Well well isn't it my lucky day the king wanted to find a human named jack who recently got transported here by a rogue wizard. Wait your not human? I said. Of course I'm not I'm a werewolf! we'll jack hop on so we can go to the king he said while transforming into a giant black wolf with red markings all over. I thought werewolves only turned when there's a full moon? Nope that's an old superstition from humans but anyway hop on! I walked towards him confused he could still speak English in that monstrous form I jumped on and he yelled hold on tight. He leaped fast and wide with encredible speed and power I held on my tightest and prayed I wouldn't fall. We dashed through the wicked woods and we came across a clearing and on the distance there was a giant castle upon the mountains. Wow I said as I was amazed by what I was seeing. Yup that's the kings castle, Icarus. Home to the royal family dycilius. Jorgmung said. We stopped at the gates of this magnificent castle and the guards opened the gates and a huge beautiful city stood before us. The greenest of trees foes high on the sky. The bluest water flowed from the waterfalls and into the streams. This land was not only scary it was beautiful. We walked through the city where lively people shopped at the market and little children danced and played. We stopped at a huge set of marble stairs. I cannot go any farther you have to go by yourself tell the king I found you and tell the guards you are jack the human jorgmung said. Ok I will thanks I hope too see you again some day. I said as jorgmung transformed back into human form. See you later pal he said walking away. I turned around and started Up the marble steps I reached the giant doors with a gold trim and to knights stood at each side they asked for my name. Jack the human I said. The giant gates opened and one of the knights escorted me to the kings throne room I opened the doors and walked in.sir jack! The king yelled. Yes sit I said. Do you know why why I called upon you? No sir. I said. You were summoned by a rogue wizard he believes you and my daughter are linked in destinies. Me with a princess no way, but what does this mean? I asked. You see jack we, icaristicans have a prophecy a her bearing the letter j on his crest on his shield is supposed to rule this land with my daughter but he undergoes many trials before he can marry the princess he must defeat the 5 gods of this land the corrupted gods cervias: a god who spreads disease and plague. And historath: a god who spreads chaos and destruction. Foutis: a god who spreads lies and greed. Hiago: death. And last but not least satan the main god of corruption he's the worst of them all. You jack must defeat these 5 gods to marry my daughter and be the new ruler of this land I'm not getting any younger I need a hire to the throne besides my daughter she needs a hero you are that hero jack. I can't do that I'm just mere human how could I defeat the gods? I said . With the holy sword Excalibur. I was suddenly back at the portal I found. Was it a dream I thought to myself what time is it I checked my watch.5:34 wow it's late and I missed school heather is going to kill me. I ran home and opened the door to find heather waiting at the table with my bill (my foster parents) I went and pulled my chair out. No don't sit you don't deserve dinner being this late and skipping school go to your room. She said laughing. I hate her so much and bill just sits back and watchs it happen. I went to my room and cried. Why did I have to lose my parents why couldn't they be alive and we could be a happy family I thought to myself. I never knew my parents they supposedly died when I was very young but I don't remember a thing about them.

In the middle of 7 period I wrote a fake love letter to put in her locker and too tell her too come to the clearing on the woods. She'll most likely come considering that it's a popular spot for us high schoolers. After 7 period I went to hopes locker and her and her friends were there I hid around the corner and eavesdropped. Who do you think the most disgusting boy is. One girl asked. That jack kid he never talks and he never does his work and he only day dreams. The other one says. No he's not that bad he's just misunderstood I bet. Said hope. Well whatever let's go to class. Ok. And they left I snuck over and put the note in her locker and went to class....
