Confrontation and joining forces

I pulled up outside the old church. My heart was beating insanely fast worrying about my parents safety. I know they are vampires and they are insanely strong but against a young girl that's the same age as me they won't hurt her.

I quickly doses on my three blood bags that I packed earlier, anger boiling my blood as I stared at the dark church. I knew there was something wrong with that girl as soon as I heard her on the phone, I should've trusted my instincts and none of this would've happened.

I got out of my car and headed inside the church. It was dark and gloomy as I walked inside trying too find Megan and my parents. The smell of asbestos and damp filled my nose which nearly made me throw up everywhere, it wasn't very hygienic and obviously the best place too hold people captive, I guess why Megan chose this place.

I tried staying as quiet as possible as I walked up the stairs trying too find any clues or light too find my parents. As I reached the top I noticed a dim light coming from one of the rooms. I walked directly but carefully trying not too make a sound, as I got too the door I heard mumbling as if somebody's mouth was toed up with a cloth.

I carefully peeked too get a glance on what was happening. Megan was circling my parents holding what looked like a knife, stupid girl nothing can kill my family as we are a bloodline family of vampires. I looked at my parents too see that they were tied up with rope and there mouths were tied up with an old white cloth.

"Your daughter will be arriving soon, and I'm going too kill her right in front of you. And then if your good I might let you live or I'll just kill you so you can join your brat of a daughter." Megan laughed as she crouched down towards my parents.

I quickly stood in the doorway my parents eyes connecting with mine. They weren't even worried about me being here as they know I can't die. Megan's back was still turned too me, and I know I sound stupid but I want too confront her before I rip her fucking head off.

"Hello Megan." I smirked, walking towards her. She stood up and turned too look at me with a smirk on her face.

"I'm surprised you actually showed up, I thought for a second you were just going too leave your parents too die." She said twirling the knife in her hand.

"I'm not as cold hearted as you, I wouldn't let anything happen too my parents." I replied with anger.

"Well stupidity got the best of you." She smirked. She walked closer too me still twirling the knife around her hand obviously enjoying every minute of this. Well if only she knew why I was and how I could kill her in less than a heartbeat.

"Why are you doing this Megan, you don't even know me." I stated.

She laughed loudly, I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"You seriously don't know what you have done? You stole my boyfriend from me, and after I got him back he still talks about you. Every time his with that stupid little brother of yours he always mentions or brings you up as if I'm not there. Corbyn is mine not yours. And once your dead he will forget about you and only want me." She said.

Fucking hell, this girl has seriously lost the plot. She wants too kill me all because she thinks I'm a threat towards her and Corbyn, why couldn't Corbyn have a kind ex not a fucking psychopath.

"So you want too kill me because you want Corbyn all too yourself?" I asked trying too straighten everything up.

"Yes, because you have what I want. You have Corbyns heart, you have loads of friends, every boy likes you. You have your parents, you have a job, money, your popular and I have nothing." She screamed.

"I don't understand how all of this is my fault, you've only known me a day? I didn't even know you existed." I replied.

She chuckled, " I've known you much longer than that, I've been watching you since Corbyns first day of school, the beach party, the Halloween party, the fair, your special night in the forest, the Christmas concert. I can go on, but you ruined everything for me and now it's time for me too kill you." She spat.
