anxiety and hopes

Violet and spinel walked over to the book shop it was about a 20 minuet walk from her little home, Violet couldn't help but point out every orange and red leaf she lived nature and fall was her favorite seeing all the plant change color was do interesting she couldn't help but love it,spinel pulled at her hair
She was anxious she hadn't left her cabin since.............
Violet held Spinels hand and gave her a reassuring smile as They continued to the store of their choice .

Meanwhile, at the temple a bored Steven sat at his desk looking out to the beach gems and humans of all kinds passed up and down it taking advantage of the cool weather,
Steven was happy to see so many gems and humans living together in peace, everyone was happy,the diamonds were well. They missed him but knew he was happy where he was.

They didn't pry when it came to wanting him with them in the palace, they knew just like rose he would feel cage and he's better off living the way that he wants.

Steven was proud of them seeing as that is a big milestone for them, he visited occasionally, they now spent alot of time with pink pearl, and they were content, they are a family.

Everything was perfect, well almost everything, after all the fight with Spinel she vanished with out a trace, he didint get a chance to speak to her, or try to help her.

He wondered if she was ok, if she was safe he always kept an eye out, asked around to see if anyone or any gem had seen or heard from her.
  Unfortunately after more than a year, no one saw or heard a thing,.

He hoped maybe some day she might come to the temple, but then what ?.. all he could do was hope she was safe and happy.

Steven sighed and walked out of the temple, he needed a walk, maybe grab a snack? He kicked at the dirt as he made his way to the center of beach city.
