chapter 8 "the girlfriend"

Jays's P.O.V

I stood there watching my brother sit down on the couch i brought my eyes to see a woman sitting next to my dad holding his hand "who?" I pointed to the woman

"This is Skylar"

"Ok but who is she to you i mean no offense"

"Well when me and your mother first got married I told her that if anything happened to me she would move on and continue life with someone new and she told me to do the same thing"

"So Girlfriend?" I guessed sitting on the couch patting my lap. A black cat with yellow eyes jumped over the couch and curled up in my lap

"Yea"

"I didnt know you had a cat" Skylar sounded shocked

"Binx here hides himself up there" i pointed up to the highest shelf

"Oh Ok thats why I couldnt see him" she laughed shes sweet got to admit

"So what are you willing to put up with" I rubbed binxs' head once looking at her making him purr

"What are you willing to listen to and do"

"Ok so me and Zack are aloud to cuss, aloud to have friends over boy or girl" she raised her eyebrows

"Ok i can deal with that"

"We will let you to talk while me and Zack will be in the kitchen" my dad and Zack got up and went into the kitchen

"There going to listen to our conservation"

"Probably" Skylar laughed

"So whats your side of this?"

"Alright i get to cuss also, must have a girls night" i stuck my finger up she paused and looked at me

"If girls night means all giggly and girly shit then count me out"

"Ok no girl nights then"

"Im not your typical girl, you see i hang out with guys mostly now if you want to have a girls night i can give you two girls who are down for anything while i go to my friends house"

"Ok sure"

"Oh yea I'm very snappy and sarcastic I joke around a lot so if you cant take a joke well your screwed"

"Good thing i can"

"Oh now every Halloween we have a huanted house last year we did annabelle this year i think i want to do slenderman and his proxy's but im not sure, also every friday night I go to the race tracks and race but im usually the only one who does that, I do come in late often and every once in a while you will hear me singing in my room"

"So were cool and your alright with me dating your father"

"Yea but trust me sometimes i think he a child stuck in a mans body" i snickered. She laughed

"I totaly get you full on sometimes i think that about myself"

"So you got any kids of your own" i looked down at my cat then back at her
