I wake up to the sound of alarm in my mobile, and saw the time is 6am. I got down from my hostel bed and went to wake up my roommate and new friend Aishu even though I met Aishu only yesterday but it feels like I know her for years.
Aishu, Aishu! get up today is our first day in college.
Aishu : I'm up ,I'm up.
Aishu went to get ready in the meantime I made a call to Karthick (my friend & enemy)
Call:
K:hello
P:hey you got up?
K: hmm, Excited for first day?
P:yes but little nervous
K:hey why da? I'm here only right
P:yeah but you are second year.
K:So, I'm still here only. don't worry. Cheer up See you in college. All the best for your first day.
P:hmm fine thank you. see you later
I ended the call and Aishu asked me to whom I was talking.I replied yesterday I said na My friend is in this college second year name Karthick to him only I replied.
After getting ready time is still 7.30 so we after simply chatting with eachother about our families
Aishu said I didn't say much about my family. I said that My father is Srinivasan he is a business man and my mom Parvathy homemaker and I have two brothers One elder brother Ram helping dad in business and younger brother Rithick studying in eleventh standard. As you already know that I'm from Coimbatore only staying hostel for experience only. This is my small family. I feel guilty that there is one thing that I hidden from her but I should trust her to tell my secret I just hope that she will gain gain that trust soon so that I can tell her everything about me.
Soon Aishu told me about her family yesterday that she is only child in her family and she basically from Madurai. Her father is Manager in Private company and Mother is housewife.
As it is already 8 am we went down to hostel canteen and had our breakfast idly and coconut chutney and sambar. Aishu said that breakfast is good compared to other hostel foods. Even I liked the breakfast after completing it I got call from my family wishing me all the best they wished for Aishu also. Aishu family also called us and wished for our first day of college.
After that we both started walking towards college.As it takes ten minutes from hostel to college.
