The flicker, dark then light. Ever so sinister, like this night.
I spend my last hours in a dark death bed.
While the guards go around, making sure the other monsters are fed.
I lay in wait in a cage like structure.
I let my mind off, in an imaginary adventure.
Like the others I await to die.
Now I wonder, why ever did I lie?
All I can imagine is my new throne.
The one that will electrify me till I'm liquid and bone.
Tomorrow I die, tomorrow I die I repeated in my head.
Because tomorrow I will surely be dead.
Now I watch my light flicker.
Dark then light, ever so sinister, like this night.
