It's never really the end. Not when you're with those you love. That's why Author-Nim here hates epilogues. No, this isn't an author's note. This is more like a casual version of events that takes place after this story.
It was never my intention for this to end so quickly, but now that I think about it, the best part of a story is when the reader and writer are both ready to be finished, but the characters are still teeming with life.
Jimin and Jung Ji, even though they were in high school, never went to prom or home coming. Instead, they sat at home and had binge watched anime for as long as their eyes could stay open. They'd fall asleep in each other's arms, and could be found sleeping the entire weekend from their all nighters of anime. Jungkook and Lisa tried to see if they did anything besides watching anime (-ahem-) but were thoroughly disappointed to find the cringey cute couple (at least they thought the other couple was cringey cute) was as pure and adorable as always: Fake flirting, real blushing. And get this, the only anime they watched?
Pokémon.
"Jimin, look it's Team Rocket!" Yells Jung Ji in Jimin's living room. The boy jumps over the sofa so he's sitting beside his girlfriend. She moves so she can wrap herself around him like a koala, and Jimin obliges by steadying her waist as she does.
Jimin proposed. It was really cute, too. He had matcha mochi ice cream (her favorite) made specifically for them by his mother and he bought a ring to put on the one at the bottom of the pile. He was always one for cute gestures.
"Didn't I tell you, Jiji?" Jimin said, picking up the crying Jung Ji in his arms bridal style. "I want to see your hair turn gray and hold you till my arms won't let me. You're the perfect one for me."
Jung Ji (who had been on her period that day,) was more emotional Hahn usual, and could only cry for the longest time. "You, you- you! What did I do to deserve you?!" She'd demanded. "You're too good for me!"
"Jung Ji doesn't talk like that," noted Jungkook. Yoongi agreed, and Lisa rolled her eyes.
"You're both stupid. She's PMSing."
Lisa and Jungkook didn't end up together as soon as they thought they would. They had this flirting thing going on, where even though they broke up (then got back together and then broke up and then- you get the idea) they pecked each other on accident sometimes.
In the long run, everyone did remain friends. They still meet up sometimes. Jung Ji has taken after Jin eventually, becoming way over confident and Jimin, who'd been around Yoongi and Jungkook became much more savage and petty. Maybe a bit of their bad boy vibes rubbed off on him, only Jung Ji can truly say that.
They got married and didn't decide to have kids until three months after their marriage. They had what Jimin likes to call
