Old Friends

I woke up gagged, with chians wrapped around my arms and legs tied to the ceiling. I looked up, or down, whatever. I looked towards the ground and there was this red lazer perpendicular to my body, not knowing what it would do. I looked around for a place to escape, some way to escape, and there he was tied up with metal links and jumper cables connected. I turn at the sound of the lazer being turned off to see joker standing towards the switch and a voltage meter, " nice to see the girl wonder has woken up!" Joker said with a notorious giggle at the end. I pulled a disk out and started cutting at the chain, while joker continued on him mind warping tricks. "Now that both of you are awake," joker said with a devious smile, "lets play lie detector. Here is how it works, I will ask Finn a series of questions. If she answers right we will continue, but if she answers incorrect our friend nightwing will get shocked and they will increase after ever answer incorrect you get. SO LETS BEGIN!!" He turns the nob to .1 milliamps and asks the question, "did you ever work for me?" I didn't want to lie but nightwing couldn't find out more about my dark past, "no",I said with my eyes looking directly at him. "Why do you have to lie? OH WELL!" He turns up the nob to .6 milliamps and pushes the button. The lights begin to flicker and nightwing begins salivating, after a few seconds he goes limp. Tears begin to come out at the realization that .5 milliamps can kill a person. "Its your turn!" He says attaching the cables to my chains. All I can think about is nightwing.
