Hannah's POV:
I woke up at 9am.

I layed in my bed for a while until I got the energy to get up.

I made myself pancakes and sat at the table.

I decided to shoot Grace a text and see if she wanted to come over, I did miss her. Plus, I don't think she's had a good meal in a while.

"Hey Grace, want to come have breakfast with me? Need some company!"

I set my table on the phone, only to feel it buzz seconds later.

"Be over in an hour love."

My heart raced.

She called me love.

Not only that, but she would be over in an hour.

Why was I getting so excited about her coming over?
Probably just because she was my best friend. No big deal.

For some reason that made me giddy inside. I wasn't sure if she would want to come over so early in the morning. She's usually a late sleeper.

Grace's POV:
I was half awake when I heard my phone vibrate.

My heart jumped, thinking it could only be either Hannah or Mamrie, and Mamrie was never up this early.
I snatched my phone from my bedside table and read the name "Hannah."

I opened the text and a huge smile spread across my face.

"Hey Grace, want to come have breakfast with me? Need some company!"

Of course I wanted to go to her house! But I didn't want to sound too excited.

But wait. Why am I so excited? It's not like it's that big of a deal. I don't like her or anything. She's my best friend.

So I responded and told her I would be over in an hour.

In the meantime, I needed to get ready. There's no way I could look bad going over to Hannah's.

What am I saying? Hannah doesn't care.

But I do. Because.. Because she's my best friend. And I should just look nice. That's the reason.

I opened my closet and stared to sift through all of my clothes, looking for the perfect outfit.

I settled on my baggy jeans and one of Hannah's t shirts that she had left at my house.

I belted my pants so that Hannah wouldn't notice that they didn't fit properly. If she knew I'd lost weight, she'd lose it.

I looked at myself in the mirror. Pretty good.

I ran a brush through my hair and then grabbed my keys and began the drive to Hannah's.
