Chappie 1

*3 years later*

Edward-William was three now and was still the cute bundle of joy he'd been the day he came home from the hospital. The doctor had prescribed glasses, seeing as Edward-Williams's eyes couldn't focus on more than one thing at once and that the glasses would help his eyes develope and he'd be able to discard them when he was nine. Edward-William knew who Harry was. Louis had told him a countless number of times, and each time he spotted him on the Telly or heard him on the radio, he'd clap and squealed excitedly,"Dadda!" and Louis loved it. He'd sit there and nod with a smile.

Louis was currently at the park with Edward-William, sitting on a bench closest to the sand box the curly haired boy was playing in. He smiled after glancing at his son attempting to make a sand castle, then tilted his head back and enjoyed the nice London snowflakes falling softly. He'd been so lost in his own world, that he barely notice the small boy squeal infront of him and start to giggle like mad. He glanced down and had to take a double take. "H-Harry?" he breathed, standing from his spot, as the curly haired lad turned his head. "Lou? Hey!" he smiled. Louis returned the smiled and walked closer. "Hey Harry, how are you? Long time no see. " he chuckled. Harry nodded. "yeah I have the tours and stuff. But I've been good. You?" he asked. "good good. I've been taking care of this bundle. " he chuckled, glancing over to the sandbox where Edward-William played. "he looks like me. " he smiled. Louis nodded. "well that's actually a funny story. I mean he is yours. " he said quietly. "h-he's mine?" Harry stuttered after a moment to register what the latter had said. Louis nodded. "I would've called or something but I never did get your number. " he explained. Harry nodded. "What's his name?" he asked quietly. "Edward-William Leslie Tomlinson. " Louis replied. Edward-William stumbled over and Harry knelt down to his hieght. He was about to introduce himself when Edward-William wrapped his arms around Harry's neck and squealed," Dadda!" Harry sat there shocked for a second, but was soon hugging him back tightly. "Hey buddy. " he smiled quietly. Louis smiled at the sight. "I told him who you were, when you were on nickelodeon. Ever since he's squealed and almost knocked the Telly over whenever you're on. " he said. Harry nodded and Edward-William pulled away. "you look just like me!" he said shocked. He rested his two small hands on Harry's cheeks and squeezed them. "you look just like me!" Harry said sounding shocked as well. "copycat!" he squealed. "that's a no no!"he said wiggling his lanky finger in his face. Harry smiled and stood up. "so do you want to go back to my place and catch up or..." he trailed off waiting for an answer. Louis nodded eagerly. "yeah yeah uhh sure. " he said with a smile. He knelt down to Edward-William and smiled. "hey buddy we're gonna go to Dadda's house and take a nap. " he said quietly, pulling his pea-coat tighter, fixing his small hat and straightening his glasses. "okay!" the little boy squealed. Louis chuckled and picked him up, resting him on his hip. Harry smiled at the two. "so let's go. " he said and clapped his hands together. Louis smiled and walked in step with him. Edward-William rested his cheek on Louis' shoulder, his arms falling limp by his sides. He'd fallen asleep. Harry smiled at them and led them to his flat. Harry held the door open for them. "Sorry it's not the cleanest..." He said with an embarassed chuckle. Louis smiled. "It's fine. Ours isn't either. " he stated. Harry led them to the back and opened a door. "He can lay in here. " he whispered and flipped the light on. Louis nodded and walked over to the big bed, laying him down. "Thanks. " he smiled. Harry nodded. "I'll make some tea. " he said and left to the kitchen. Louis pulled off Edward-William's glasses and his beanie along with his coat. He sat them to the side and pulled off his boots and jeans. He left his shirt on and covered him up. "Night baby. " he whispered and kissed his head.
