it felt like deja vu. the two of them walking together, except now chanyeol was completely ignoring her. she stared at the back of the males head as he walked in front of her.

'will you at least say anything to me?'

she spoke up with a small but confident voice which made chanyeol stop in his tracks. jihee could hear him sigh as he turned around to face the younger girl.

'and i'm supposed to say what now?'

he lifted an eyebrow, tilting his head while staring at jihee who started to fidget with her fingers. jihee had no idea why she said that, since he only talked to her once. but he did give her a promise which was engraved into her heart.

'will you help me escape this place?'

chanyeol's eyes widened and he couldn't help but laugh out loud.

'wh- what? did i say something funny?'

chanyeol walked up to her, slowly walking around her as he chuckled.

'honey, there is no escape. once you enter, this is what you call home.'

she shivered at the words.

'now, walk.'

his voice was stern, moving away from the girl, leaving her scared and horrified.

jihee was sat in the plain room, trying to find any purpose of baekhyun doing this. it was all so confusing to her, just why her? out of all people, out of the sea of girls he choose her. even though she didn't want anyone going through all of this, but she also didn't want to be in this hell anymore.

a slight knock on the door made her head jolt up. she stood up from the bed and made her way to the door.

'who is it?' she faintly said, not expecting for anyone to hear her.

'it's me, chanyeol. let me in'

jihee found herself smiling as she was almost excited to see the elder. he was the only one who wasn't completely a dickhead. keyword : completely. she unlocked the door and was met with the red headed boy. he entered the room
with a swift movement and closed the door behind him, making jihee even more confused than she already was.

'don't ask questions, i don't have much time. hyung is going to kill me if he finds out - and that could be pretty soon'

he spoke fast which made jihee briefly catch up on what was happening.

'i have something for you'

jihee furrowed her eyes in confusion as he took a phone out of his pocket. she stared at him as he dialed a number.

'hello... yeah, it's chanyeol... yeah, i'm giving you her right now'

chanyeol shoved the phone into jihee's hand mouthing a answer to her. she put the phone next to her ear and almost cried out of happiness.

'jihee? oh my god honey...'

'mom...' she couldn't control her tears and her emotions as she missed her mother so much.

'mom i missed you so much, i'm so sorry for all the things i did and i'm sorry i never had the chance to say goodbye. it was a stupid decision to go to the party and now i regret it..'

'shh honey, everything is going to be okay. i know you're in good hands. i trust that young man with you. and please don't blame yourself, it's not your fault.'

chanyeol stared at the girl who was a crying mess. it broke his heart that such an innocent soul got locked up with baekhyun. as much as he adored the guy, he never understood his weird obsession with young, beautiful girls.
