If someone calls you a snitch think about why they are calling you that.
Are their actions going to hurt themselves or others.?
Is it smart for you to get involved?
If you can answer yes to both these questions then you should tell on the person. If there going to hurt them self or others you not a snitch by telling on them. You helping them or another person. But you also have to think about if it's smart for you to get involved. Will you get hurt by getting involved. Standing up is a noble thing, but you also need to make sure you safe.
