Extended Summary:
Jade Danvers is the biological sister of Alex Danvers, and middle Danvers child. Jade has always been a free-spirit; full of confidence and life. She's always had a fire inside of her, however; a fire that can't be quenched. What she doesn't realise is that this 'fire', is actually more like lightning.
What the Danvers sisters don't know, is that their are meta-human genes that run in their family. They're very rare and usually skip multiple generations. And now, the meta-human gene has been passed-on to Jade.
One night, when Alex's flight malfunctions and her plane begins to crash, Jade activates her powers and both her and her little sister Kara are revealed to the world.
Join Jade as she figures out how to use her powers, balance her job at the NCPD and her superhero job, and tries to save the people of National City in the Blink of an eye.
