Silver's P.O.V.
-Inside the training forest-
I walked around with my lance hoping to find something to kill. Nothing appeared to spawn...
Far away voice: AHHH!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!
Me: I'm gonna ignore that. I have better things to do than save some player...
Voice: PLEASE!!! SOMEONE!!!
Me: UGH!!!
I marched my way towards the voice to find a small boy on a tree over two level 1 boars...
Young Boy: Please you! Help me! I can't kill them!!!
I stared at the boy and looked at his class. A mage with...white magic. I couldn't help this kid, so I walked away
Young Boy: Please wait! I'll give you anything!!! I'll even give you this map to the first dungeon!!!
I stopped and ran back. I sliced through the boars and killed both. Only 1 exp. was given, but I didn't care
Young Boy: So...amazing...
The young boy was so amazed by my skills that he jumped down and started looking at my class and weapon
Young Boy: SOO COOL!!! You're amazing mister! Please be my friend o-or better yet...can I be in a party with you...
I held out my hand and waited for him to give me the map
Me: I did what you asked me. Now give me the map
He snapped out of his fanboy phase just so he could tell me that he couldn't
Me: I'm killing you now.
Young Boy: AHHH!!! PLEASE DON'T!!! The game is forcing me to keep it! I'm only allowed to give it to party members!!! Please...don't kill me
I knew this would kill me, but I open up my Inventory and went into party to send him an invite
Me: Accept or die.
He lit up with a great smile and accepted it with great haste. Finally, I can move up to the next floor
Young Boy: Hey, mister! My name is Evan! Evan Takashi! I'll heal you up with all I got!
I looked back at him
Me: You can't do anything.
Evan: Uh?
He started crying and started to cling upon me
Evan: Wah!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG!!! PLEASE SENSEI!!! PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO PLAY!!!
He looked up to me...just like how my baby brother looked at me. When he use to cry when I was about to leave his room. I kneed down and told him
Me: Listen. You really don't have any equipment nor any weapons. Do you even have any idea where you find a village
Evan: No...
I knew he would be a lost cause, but I grabbed his hand and took him to the starter village
-At the Starter Village-
Evan: WHOA!!! THIS PLACE LOOKS EPIC!!!
Just by looking at his face I could see this kid is a noob. I walked towards a Shop and he followed right behind me
Me: Alright here we are
Evan: A Shop? Why are we here?
Me: To buy you a tome and a staff
Evan: Tome?
This kid...can I just kill him and take his map...
Me: You're a White Mage. You can use light magic tomes and healing staves. I'll buy one for-
Evan: Ooooh! That book looks cheap and it seems in my range to buy! And this staff! It's gonna help us so much better!
Well at least he's getting the equipment...
-1 Hour Later-
I waited a full hour for this kid and he still hasn't come out...maybe I should end this here and now
Evan: Sorry I'm late!
He came out with Mage Robes, a Light Tome, and a Heal Staff on his back. It almost made me proud of him...almost
Evan: Thank you so much Silver! I'm learning so much from you!
Me: Yeah, yeah let's just get going.
Evan: Where are we going?
Me: A hotel.
Evan: What? Why! I wanna try out my new spell!
Me: It's turning night. And there are people after my head. They are likely to attack at night
Evan: Ok...
We walked towards the town's hotel and rented the last room. I gave the kid the bed while I kept watched on the floor
Evan: Mmm...Silver...
Me: Go back to sleep.
Evan: I'm glad you're still here...I thought you left...
I stayed silent. Knowing if I told him that if I left him. They would hunt him down and kill him for answers to track me down
Evan: Hey Silver...
Me: Hm?
Evan: I don't wanna leave this game...I wanna stay with you, my friend...
Me: Just go back to sleep. You're just tired.
Evan: I'm being honest. You're the only friend that cares about me...I don't want you to leave me nor do I want this adventure to end...
Me: So, you rather stay stuck here than live in the real world
Evan: If I get to be your friend in this world...then I wanna stay stuck here...
He fell back to sleep and tucked him back to sleep
Me: You'll regret being my friend...
