A/N: Quick warning. This chapter is a trigger warning of suicides so if you are sensitive to those things, when you reach the acting bit in drama, I strongly advise you skip it. Thanks.

We were all sat at Xavier's house, hoping. We all had our own laptops and we were all about to open our emails to see if we had the part. "On three." Xavier mumbled.
"One." I began.
"Two." Hugo interjected.
"Three." we chorused, opening the email tab.
"I've got an email." I stated.
"Me to." Xavier confirmed.
"Me three." Hugo smiled. We opened them. I read mine.
Dear Miss Sealock,
I am proud to inform you that we would like you to take the part of Elodie Rose Carmosino. Please send a response to this email when you can. Thank you so much.

I blinked a few times, re-reading the email a few times. I looked at the others. They all had poker faces on. I mimicked it. "Well?" I asked. Hugo nodded, as did I. Xavier shook his head. Hugo looked aghast.
"WHAT!" he cried. Xavier shrugged.
"Seems I wasn't good enough." he sighed.
"No. I will not kiss a random guy I barely know and could possible hate me!" Hugo yelled. I placed a hand on his shoulder.
"It'll be fine. I promise." I smiled supportive.
"Take the part baby. I'll be fine. I'll go with you two each day." Xavier said, trying to calm Hugo. Hugo nodded slowly. We both replied to our emails, taking the parts.
"We'll receive an email on when we start." I mumbled. Xavier stood up, pacing a bit. Hugo sighed and also stood.
"I don'y feel comfortable kissing someone other than you Xavier." Hugo grumbled. I smiled slightly at the cuteness. Xavier grabbed Hugo's hands, kissing him lightly.
"It'll be fine. If it makes you feel better, after every shoot you do kissing or touching this guy you're working with, I'll do the same. Yeah?" Xavier suggested. Hugo nodded.
"OK. Just for you." he smiled. Then, Hugo's phone went off. "One moment." He answered his phone. "Hello?... I'm at Xavier's... With him and Evelyn... OK... I'm sorry... I'm on my way now... Bye..." Hugo hung up. "I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow at collage, yeah?" he smiled sadly. We nodded. He hugged me before kissing Xavier and running out the door.
"That was new..." I mumbled. "He's never done that before."
----------
The next day, Xavier and I sat in our usual spot waiting for Hugo to arrive. He was later than usual which worried us slightly. Then, he finally arrived. His hair was different today, covering the opposite side of his face. He also had a slight limp and was holding his stomach. The hell? Xavier noticed the problems almost instantly and jumped up, running over to him. "Baby? What's the matter?" he asked. Hugo shook his head.
"I'm fine." Hugo muttered.
"No you're not. What's wrong?" Xavier persisted.
"I said I'm fine." Hugo said, getting a little more forceful. Xavier reached up to touch his face but Hugo flinched from his touch. I was getting more and more nervous by the second. Xavier pushed Hugo's hair out of his eye and he was supporting a lovely bright purple bruise on his right cheek bone, millimeters from his eye.
