Shitty hair started using his quirk to cut up the deer, mostly the extra burnt parts since I went a lil over board with my explosions. In my defense, I was pissed off, can you blame me? My crush is dating my ex. Yes, over night I came to terms with my crush on this idiot.
"I'm done!"
"Finally, took fucking forever to cut the deer."
"Not my fault, you should've done it then." He crossed his arms. "Your quirk is better anyway."
"Damn right it is." I smirked. "Halfie, get over here." He moves around too much. He came over here awfully quiet, which was weird.
"Hm?" He looked at me, smiling.
Fuck. Stupid, stupid Halfie.
"Come help me cook this." We all know I'm a pro cook. I just need him to cook the deer, and maybe keep me company.
"Kay." He nodded, lighting a small flame on his hand.
I grabbed a stick and stuck a piece of he deer through it. Once I did that I brought the stick right above his hand. "Hey?"
"Yeah?"
"You really love Deku, huh?" As much as it hurt me say...
He looked at me, his face changing emotions very quickly. Wonder what he's thinking about so hard. He looks... cute when he's thinking.
"No, not really." He finally said after what felt like forever. "I like someone else."
Wait- Is he serious? "You don't love him?"
"Mm." He shook his head. "If I'm being honest, I've liked someone for a while now.."
He's been with that bastard almost two months, TWO MONTHS, and doesn't even love him. "Why don't you just leave him then?" I asked, turning the deer, so I wouldn't burn it.
"Because I can't."
"Why not?"
"Because he said so..." He stopped. "I don't want him hurting someone I love, but it's okay. It's worth being with him for this person.'
"You're letting him hurt you for some stupid guy?" I was beyond pissed. I don't give a fuck who the guy is, he doesn't deserve my Halfie as boyfriend.
He nodded, admitting to where the bruises came from. "The guys not stupid."
"Uhm, yeah he is. You're doing all this just for him!"
"So you're calling yourself dumb?"
